10. SYMPHONY

SYMPHONY is one of the strongest 30-guest yachts in Croatia when the group wants facilities, not just cabins. She is a 172-foot motor yacht, built in 2020 and refit in 2024, with 15 cabins and a crew of 12. We like her because she is only a small step up in price from some older large-group options, but a big step up in onboard amenities.

SYMPHONY is very similar in concept to ARETHA: 30 guests, 15 cabins, serious deck life, cinema, wellness, and water toys. The reason to choose SYMPHONY is scale and amenity depth. She has 2 Jacuzzis, an outdoor bar, indoor cinema, sauna, massage salon, outdoor gym, and a swim deck that makes the toys easy to launch. We also see strong demand for her, so she is not a fallback yacht; if the dates line up, she is one of the first 30-guest options we would check.

9. ARETHA

ARETHA is the honest close alternative to SYMPHONY, not a totally different type of yacht. Both sit in the rare Croatia 30-guest category, with 15 cabins, big deck spaces, Jacuzzis, cinema, wellness, and enough water toys for a large group. That similarity is useful: if SYMPHONY is booked, ARETHA belongs on the same shortlist.

The difference is fit. ARETHA is a little smaller at about 49 meters, but her 2024 refit gives her a fresh feel and her cabin plan is especially useful for mixed groups. The VIP cabins and double/twin options make room assignments easier for families, couples, and friends who do not all need the same setup. We would choose ARETHA when the group wants the SYMPHONY-style 30-guest formula, but needs cleaner cabin flexibility or better date availability.

8. OHANA

OHANA is one of our most proven large-family yachts in Croatia. We have three OHANA charters booked for summer 2027, which is why she stays on our shortlist for big families, celebrations, and mixed-age groups that need a yacht we already trust.

OHANA takes up to 30 guests in 14 cabins, and her setup is built for groups that do not all want the same thing at the same time. The deck Jacuzzi, waterslide, cinema, kids’ playroom, Jet Ski, Seabob, waterskis, and broad toy setup keep the active side of the group busy, while the wide-beam steel hull and generous deck areas give everyone space to spread out. She is popular and not always easy to secure, but when the dates work, OHANA is one of the safest high-capacity choices in Croatia. 7. PREMIER

PREMIER is the yacht where nobody draws the short straw. All 11 cabins sit on the main deck, they are nearly the same size, and each one has its own small balcony and converts between a double and a twin. Couples, friends and families can be mixed any way the group needs, without anyone ending up in the cabin below the waterline.

She is a 55-meter custom build from 2021, refitted in 2026, and based in Split. Twelve crew look after 22 guests, and the toy list goes well beyond the usual: a jet ski, two Seabobs, two e-foils, a Manta jet surf and a water slide, plus an 8.5-meter tender that takes 18 guests to shore in one run. We have two weeks booked on her for summer 2027.

6. CRISTAL

CRISTAL is the boutique-hotel pick on this list. Her dining room is bright and restaurant-style, the lounges are generous, and the sundeck has a jacuzzi, with an easy swim platform at the stern. She is a 49-meter yacht from 2018 for up to 28 guests. We have been aboard her, and we have a week booked on her for May 2027.

Her cabin plan is her biggest strength for groups. Several main-deck cabins switch between twin and double, so families, friends and couples can all be placed properly, which is often what makes or breaks a big charter. The bonus is her crew: Captain Andrija Marasović has sailed the Adriatic since childhood, and their motto says it all: “May all who enter as guests, leave as friends.”

5. FREEDOM

FREEDOM is the activity yacht in this list and one of the strongest value plays for a large Croatia group. The appeal is obvious in practice: clients ask for her because she gives 24 guests a lot of yacht for the money, and good weeks can disappear quickly.

FREEDOM takes up to 24 guests in 11 cabins, which makes her useful for groups too large for a standard yacht but not ready for a true small ship. The sundeck has a pool, large Jacuzzi, two open bars, fitness studio, sauna, and cinema/gaming room. The toy list is one of her biggest strengths: 2 Jet Skis, Seabobs, e-foils, electric paddleboards, SUPs, canoe, towables, and a waterslide. Choose FREEDOM when the group wants energy, toys, and strong value over a quiet formal yacht.

4. OLIMP

OLIMP is the clean, contemporary 20-guest option, and she is in real demand. We have seen OLIMP flagged as heavily booked, which usually tells you the market already understands her value: she gives groups a modern yacht feel, strong deck space, and a Croatia setup that is easy to sell to families and friends.

After her 2022 refit, OLIMP feels brighter and more current than many yachts in this size range. She accommodates 20 guests in 10 ensuite cabins, with a large sundeck, Jacuzzi, shaded bar, wide teak decks, and loungers that will probably become the center of the charter. The toy setup covers the essentials well: Jet Ski, Seabob, SUPs, water-ski gear, and easy tender runs ashore. The local crew of nine is another reason we like her for Croatia.

3. BLACK SWAN

BLACK SWAN is one of the higher-end 20-guest choices in Croatia, and we have real booking experience behind that recommendation. Chris de Kock recently chartered BLACK SWAN for clients, and the feedback around her has been consistent: she feels more polished, more organized, and more boutique-hotel than many large-capacity yachts.

Following her 2024 refit, BLACK SWAN accommodates 20 guests in 10 modern cabins, including 3 master suites. That is a serious advantage for multigenerational families or groups with several lead couples who all need a strong cabin. Onboard, she has a Jacuzzi, private cinema, cigar lounge, baby grand piano, sauna, yoga space, e-bikes, Jet Skis, Seabobs, and paddleboards. The 13-person crew and onboard concierge are the real differentiators; they make the charter feel managed, not just spacious.

2. ANTHEA

ANTHEA is the food-and-service pick for a 20-guest Croatia charter. We have had client activity on ANTHEA, and she is exactly the kind of yacht we would shortlist when the group wants capacity but still cares deeply about meals, crew attention, and finish.

ANTHEA accommodates 20 guests in 10 cabins, with a crew of 12, and she feels closer to a true luxury yacht than many large-passenger options in Croatia. Chef Pave Turic is a major reason to choose her; he brings a serious fine-dining background, and on a large-group charter the meals often become the part of the week everyone remembers. 1. ARGO

ARGO is the large-group yacht we would put a demanding family on first. She carries 15 crew for 26 guests, a ratio you rarely see at this size, and it changes the whole week: no queue at the bar, and no service gaps when everyone wants lunch at once. The cabins are where she pulls ahead. Most 26-guest yachts give the lower cabins a ferry feel, but ARGO’s nine doubles are 16 to 17 square meters and finished in light oak like hotel rooms. The master and VIP are both full beam, so two families never argue over the good room.
