10. CORSARIO

CORSARIO feels like a proper ship. She is a 48-meter motorsailer from 2019 with the lines of a traditional tall ship, teak decks, gorgeous woodwork and a big classic bow, and inside she is clean and modern.

The deck is made for recovery between swims: a wind-protected jacuzzi on the flybridge, a Finnish sauna and plenty of open space with sun pads. The saloon has a standout bar, and the six cabins include a master and a VIP with king beds, two doubles and two twins, which suits a big family well.

She leans into her name with pirate-themed parties and treasure hunts ashore, a real hit with children, and a water slide and Seabob keep the days busy. We have booked her three times, and at her rate she is one of the best-value motorsailers in Croatia.

9. ANIMA MARIS

ANIMA MARIS makes an impression before you even board: white hull, gleaming teak, her name written in gold letters, and stainless steel polished to a shine. She is the entertainer of this list.

The main saloon is built around a stunning walk-around bar with seating on all sides, and we have seen it work first-hand: she hosted a cocktail evening for us, and the drinks were exquisite. The sundeck is designed for bigger groups, with a large dining table, two facing lounge couches, a second bar and an aft jacuzzi with lounging space around it for a sunset soak.

With a master, a VIP and four convertible cabins, she adapts to families, friends or couples. If your group’s idea of a great evening is everyone gathered in one place with a drink, she was built for exactly that.

8. ACAPELLA

ACAPELLA is the one we put in front of couples who want the romance of sail without giving up modern comfort. White, clean and incredibly elegant, she is the honeymoon and celebration pick of this list.

At 49 meters she has real presence. She was launched in 2021 by a Croatian family with a long shipbuilding tradition, and three of her five staterooms are full-beam suites with some of the widest beds you will find on a gulet, well soundproofed for a proper night’s sleep.

She is also one of the better choices here if you actually care about sailing, with electrically operated sails and a genuine 12-knot cruise under canvas. For the slow days there is a sundeck jacuzzi, shaded dining with 360-degree views, a Seabob and an 11-meter tender with its own toilet.

7. ANETTA

ANETTA is one of our most-booked motorsailers, with five charters through our brokers between 2025 and 2027, and the feedback has been top marks every time. She is a 2023 build based in Split, 131 feet long, with six cabins for twelve guests, led by a full-beam master.

Her standout is water, twice over. A glass-bottom jacuzzi on the sundeck sits right above the dining area, and at the stern a seawater pool meets the swim platform, so guests can soak at either end of the yacht.

The toy list is one of the strongest at this price: a custom water slide, two e-foils, two Seabobs, an electric surfboard, a Sea-Doo with its own floating dock and a teak towable platform. In the evening, a projector on the sundeck turns it into an outdoor cinema.

6. RARA AVIS

RARA AVIS is the motorsailer we book most often. We have placed eight charters on her since 2021, and groups keep coming back. Her name means rare bird, and the theme runs through her with real charm, from bird photography in the cabins to a living moss wall in the main saloon, arranged like a natural painting.

She is set up for groups who already know each other. The saloon has an open galley, and guests actually use it, standing and talking to the chef while he cooks. She is unusually wide for her length, so she feels bigger inside than her numbers suggest, and six cabins take up to twelve guests.

What stood out to us on our latest visit is the sun deck at night, when tables go up for dinner under strung fairy lights. At her rate, she is the easiest recommendation on this list.

5. NOCTURNO

NOCTURNO is the yacht we know from living aboard, not just touring. Our brokers Chris de Kock and Louis Lamprell joined a familiarization trip on her after the Croatian Yacht Show, with days of seeing the yacht in action and testing the amenities. The verdict was simple: a really lovely yacht with great toys and a very attentive crew, and a seven-course tasting menu on the last night that nobody aboard has stopped talking about.

She had already stood out to us at the show. She is a 2023 build with a marble-rich interior, and the master cabin has its own freestanding bathtub and a makeup table. The same marble runs through the guest areas, from the VIP to the his-and-hers bathrooms, and it adds up to one of the strongest all-round packages in her class. 4. SON DE MAR

SON DE MAR earned her place here on first-hand inspection. Wide-beam and properly spacious, she pairs classic mahogany styling with modern comfort, and there are no creaky corners anywhere. The wide beam pays off everywhere: the saloon feels like a room in a house, and the decks hold a full group without anyone hunting for a corner of their own.

The master suite has a rare three-metre king bed, and every cabin has its own coffee machine, the kind of detail that tells you how this boat is run. The shaded foredeck and the sundeck are the stars, with a jacuzzi, an evening bar and an eight-metre floating mat for play off the stern.

Groups tell us the same thing again and again: they planned to eat ashore, then ended up dining on board most nights because the galley was simply better. She is the boat we recommend when a group wants classic character without a single compromise on comfort.

3. MARALLURE

MARALLURE might be the most consistently praised yacht we have seen at the Croatian show. We have been aboard three years running, and she keeps getting better: great condition, excellent food and amazing value for money. Ten returning guests are already booked for next season.

She has the best sundeck among the motorsailers here. One mast forward keeps the space open, the jacuzzi sits aft, long loungers run down both sides, and a bar and grill up front make it the natural gathering spot, with big sunshades for the hottest hours. A water slide and an e-foil add to the toy list.

She is a 2023 build, and her interior delivers finesse well above her price: a dark, classic saloon with deep blue couches and a striking black and white terrazzo dining table. Eight crew look after twelve guests, and they carry buzzers and smart watches so a request reaches the right person right away.

2. LADY GITA

LADY GITA is a yacht with a concept. Her slogan, “Where You Belong,” appears on the plates, the towels and even the ice cubes, and the whole week is built around it: every group gets theme nights of its own, from a casino evening to a dinner set among the ruins of an old film set on an island. Eleven of her fourteen charters in one season were repeat guests.

She is a 161-foot classic motorsailer, built in 2019 and refitted in 2024, with two master cabins, one at the bow and one aft, so two couples share on equal terms. Two more aft cabins convert from doubles to twins.

The sun deck has a jacuzzi, a bar and plenty of space to lie out, with an open-air cinema and a gym. Two Wave Runners, two Seabobs, an eFoil and a Mo-Jet board keep the water busy. Owner and captain Toni and his crew are the reason those theme nights work.

ADRI is the motorsailer we book most at the top of this list. Our brokers have run five charters on her since 2024, two of them this season, and the feedback has been glowing every time.

She was built in 2024, and at 149 feet she carries two king-bed master cabins plus four VIPs, so two couples or two families never have to negotiate over the best room. The 18-square-meter hydraulic platform at the stern drops to the water and becomes a private beach with its own shower.

Up top, an eight-person jacuzzi sits beside big sun loungers, and a screen on the mast turns the sundeck into an outdoor cinema at night. There is a piano between the dining lounges and a cigar lounge for the late hours. Two jet skis, two Seabobs, an e-foil and four paddleboards cover the days, and her crew is a big part of why guests come back.
