The 30 metre class covers yachts of 100 to 115 feet, about 30 to 35 metres, the size where a motor yacht starts to feel like a small superyacht. We list 29 yachts in that band on this site, and 28 of them name Croatia as a cruising area. In Croatia the class splits two ways: motor yachts from yards such as Benetti, Sanlorenzo, Sunseeker, Custom Line and Horizon, for 8 to 12 guests, and Croatian gulets and motor-sailers, some of which take 18 to 21 guests.
Below are 10 of them, picked to show both kinds and a spread of bases, not to crown a single best boat; they lean to the upper end of the class on price. The countdown runs from #10, the shortest, up to #1, the longest, by listed length; where two share a length, the newer ranks higher. Lengths, guest counts and rates are as shown on each listing on 29 September 2026, and we label each rate with the year its listing gives; where a listing still shows 2026 rates, ask us for 2027.
What 100 to 115 Feet Gets You in Croatia
Guests. Most charter yachts stop at 12 guests, because a vessel carrying more than twelve passengers counts as a passenger ship. Croatia is one of the few exceptions: Croatian-licensed vessels can take bigger groups in Croatian waters, as our guide to yacht charters for more than 12 guests explains. Of the 29 yachts we list in this band, 10 guests is the most common figure (9 yachts), then 12 (6) and 8 (5), and 7 are listed for more than 12. Five cabins is the most common layout (10 yachts), then four (8).
Who builds them. Ten of the 29 listings give the builder simply as custom, including the Croatian gulets TAJNA MORA and CATALEYA below; no named yard appears more than twice.
How they price. Across the 29, all priced in euros, the middle starting rate is €29,646 per week, with the cheapest tenth starting below about €19,500 per week and the dearest tenth above about €87,800 per week. Most of the motor yachts quote a charter fee with the APA and 13 percent VAT on top. Two of the gulets below, TAJNA MORA and CATALEYA, quote a fee that already includes VAT and the crew, with food and marina fees on top.

What a 30 Metre Charter in Croatia Costs
Compare the whole week, not the headline rate, because the pricing works three ways. On the motor yachts and SAN LIMI, the APA, an advance for fuel, food and marina fees that is settled against what is actually spent, and 13 percent VAT come on top of the fee; VAT is charged on the fee, not on the APA, as our first crewed charter guide explains. On TAJNA MORA and CATALEYA, the fee includes VAT and the crew, and you add food and marina fees. DOLCE VITA sits in between, with VAT, APA and half board on top of a fee that includes the crew.
As a general illustration, a charter fee of €60,000 per week with 13 percent VAT comes to €67,800 per week, and a 40 percent APA adds an advance of €24,000 per week, settled against what is actually spent. On a VAT-inclusive gulet fee of €34,000 per week for 18 guests, full board from €730 per person per week adds 13,140 euros for the group, before drinks and marina fees.
How to Choose Within the Class
Start with the group. For more than 12 guests, the gulets are the answer, here TAJNA MORA and CATALEYA, and our list of Croatia yacht charters for 13 to 30 guests has more. For 8 to 12 guests, decide how much of the week you want to spend moving: ARAGO cruises at 18 knots and MORNING STAR at 16, while the gulets and motor-sailers cruise at 9 to 12. Then check the base: TO je TO and ARAGO board in Trogir, CONTE STEFANI in Trogir or Split, TAJNA MORA and SAN LIMI in Split, MORNING STAR and NOOR II at Marina Frapa in Rogoznica, and DOLCE VITA in Šibenik.
Tell us your dates and how many guests, and we will check which of these ten, or the other yachts we list in this band, is free. For more on two of the yards here, see our Benetti and Sanlorenzo charter guides, linked above.
