Marina fees and port taxes - this cost will be covered from the APA but the exact amount depends on the route.

DRINKS/BEVERAGES OPTIONS:
Beverages according to an on-board price list or one of the following options:

• All-inclusive non-alcoholic drinks package* at €150 per person per week

Captain: Tomislav Grubisic

Tomislav Grubisic is a fantastic captain, who has worked as a captain for 8 years. Tomislav loves his job and has the greatest respect for the sea. He wants his guests to have a great experience full of fun memories! His number one priority, however, is for all guests to feel safe.

Tomislav lives in Sibenik, Croatia. In this free time, he likes to play sports and catch up with friends and family.


Deck hand: Ante Slijepcevic

Ante Slijepcevic is also from Sibenik, Croatia. Ante has been sailing for the last 3 years. His love of sailing started from his summer job and since he has been hooked! His new found love of the sea and boats meant he realised he wanted to work on boats full time. He will be a great addition to any crew.


Chef: Boris Blagdanic

Boris Blagdanic has been working as a chef on board yachts for the last 15 years. He is experienced and this shows in his dishes. He loves his job and always pushes himself to be the best he can be. He is confident in catering for all dietary requirements and tastes. He has the skills to please all guests with his delicious cooking.

Boris comes from a small town called Banj on the Island of Pasman. When he isn’t on board cooking delicious food for guests, he enjoys fishing and trying out new recipes ready for the next season.

Hostess: Irena Matosevic

Irena comes from a small town in the center of Bosnia and Herzegovina called Vitez (Knight). Despite having a masters degree in geography, she quickly realised that life on board yachts was her calling after loving her summer job. After three seasons, she realized that the sea and the sun are the source of her happiness and energy, and she decided to put aside her geography profession to stay at sea.

In her spare time, apart from enjoying time with family and friends, she spends time in the gym, playing basketball (she was a basketball coach for 13 years) and travelling to explore new places.

Steward: Nikola Krajcar

Steward Nikola comes from the town of Nova Gradiška in Croatia. After finishing Maritime High School, Nikola started his dream job working on board boats. For Nikola, being a steward on Dolce Vita is a dream come true because he loves the sea and working with people. For him the most rewarding part of the job is making everybody happy and satisfied. He is always looking forward to meeting new people.

We had an amazing time in Croatia. Dolce Vita was just superb – it was everything we had hoped for and more. Its an amazing boat and crew who looked after us really well. Niko reserved us tables in great restaurants on very busy islands. He took us to the most amazing bays where we swam and relaxed in crystal clear water. Marco the chef produced amazing food. Ivitsa and Anna looked after us on the boat at all times. Christiano was always willing and very capable when it came to ferrying us around and catering for all the watersports.

Although it wasn’t cheap I do think it was good value for money for the superb quality holiday we got. The extras bill on the boat was very reasonable. We took some great photos and used a drone to get some great footage.

He has the skills to please all guests with his delicious cooking. <br /> <br /> Boris comes from a small town called Banj on the Island of Pasman. When he isn’t on board cooking delicious food for guests, he enjoys fishing and trying out new recipes ready for the next season. <br /> <br /> Hostess: Irena Matosevic <br /> <br /> Irena comes from a small town in the center of Bosnia and Herzegovina called Vitez (Knight). Despite having a masters degree in geography, she quickly realised that life on board yachts was her calling after loving her summer job. After three seasons, she realized that the sea and the sun are the source of her happiness and energy, and she decided to put aside her geography profession to stay at sea. <br /> <br /> In her spare time, apart from enjoying time with family and friends, she spends time in the gym, playing basketball (she was a basketball coach for 13 years) and travelling to explore new places.<br /> <br /> Steward: Nikola Krajcar <br /> <br /> Steward Nikola comes from the town of Nova Gradiška in Croatia. After finishing Maritime High School, Nikola started his dream job working on board boats. Dolce Vita was just superb – it was everything we had hoped for and more. Its an amazing boat and crew who looked after us really well. Niko reserved us tables in great restaurants on very busy islands. He took us to the most amazing bays where we swam and relaxed in crystal clear water. Marco the chef produced amazing food. Ivitsa and Anna looked after us on the boat at all times. Christiano was always willing and very capable when it came to ferrying us around and catering for all the watersports.<br /> <br /> Although it wasn’t cheap I do think it was good value for money for the superb quality holiday we got. The extras bill on the boat was very reasonable. He comes from a family of sailors and has been sailing the Adriatic ever since he was a child. This was in 2001 and he is still with the same company. Since then, Niko has worked his way up in the ranks and is now the captain of Dolce Vita. Niko has been captain on Dolce Vita for the last four years.<br /> <br /> MARKO - Chef <br /> ‘All those years of charters and the time spent on the sea allow me to offer the guests the most fantastic and authentic experience. And for me, seeing people at their most relaxed and happy is a big reward.’<br /> <br /> Born in 1984 and has been working as a chef with the same group for 13 years. Marko has been on Dolce Vita for the last 4 years.<br /> <br /> ‘I fell in love with cooking before the age of 10! Dolce Vita was just superb – it was everything we had hoped for and more. Its an amazing boat and crew who looked after us really well. Niko reserved us tables in great restaurants on very busy islands. He took us to the most amazing bays where we swam and relaxed in crystal clear water. Marco the chef produced amazing food. Ivitsa and Anna looked after us on the boat at all times. Christiano was always willing and very capable when it came to ferrying us around and catering for all the watersports.<br /> <br /> Although it wasn’t cheap I do think it was good value for money for the superb quality holiday we got. The extras bill on the boat was very reasonable.
