Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailboat like STELLA MARIS, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€6,000 - €12,000), making the charter cost €46,000 to €52,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

The charter fee includes: Accommodation for a maximum of 16 guests in 8 cabins, a crew of 7 and their expenses, insurance of the yacht, use of recreational equipment, tourist taxes, and Wi-Fi.

EXTRA – APA (Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of charter fee
To cover the following costs, but not limited to: fuel for the main engines and generators; fuel for tender and water sports equipment; fuel for Personal Watercraft*; food and beverages for the Charter Party; port fees; national park and parks of nature entrances; shipping agents’ fees; custom fees and charter licenses if cruising in Montenegro or Italy and other costs for services requested by Charter Party during the charter such as but not limited to hire or purchase costs of any special equipment placed on board at the Charterer's request; shoreside transport; excursions and adverse activities (scuba diving, big game fishing, rafting…).

Booking terms: The option is placed on explicit e-mail request and is active until the agreed date. Booking needs to be confirmed while the option is active. The option expires after the agreed date without special warning. Please take care of your option expiration. Booking is confirmed when the agreement is signed by both parties and the deposit paid.

Payment conditions: Deposit: 50 % of the charter fee – immediately, as confirmation of booking. Balance: 50 % of charter fee + other costs - not later than 6 weeks before charter commencement Mean of payment: wire transfer to the account of Booking Agent.

* To drive a Personal Watercraft in Croatia one needs to have a boat driving permit with him/her when on the Personal Watercraft. It is forbidden to allow a person to drive a Personal Watercraft if one does not have a license with him/her. If the person does not have this, it is possible to obtain one while in Croatia. Undoubtedly, it was a week we’ll never forget August 2024

We are a group of 12 friends (6 couples) and just had the best experience in the Stella Maris schooner. The schooner is beautiful, and has spaces with different ambiance. The best highlight is the crew. Everyone is special, very friendly and always trying to please us in all ways without missing a great smile on their faces. Antonio, the captain, was very open to take us wherever we wanted regarding places and times. He was very indulgent and patient always explaining to us what was the plan for the day, and open to any changes we wanted to make. Mario was very attentive to what we wanted, either our different necessities for our beverages and any other special petition. Yugo, the chef, learned very quickly what we liked or disliked and was also very indulgent with each and every personalized petition offering us different selections of food each day. He is an excellent cook! He even prepared us Mexican “tortas” among other requests. Jakob is always available and on time to take us to the islands and to pick us up. Thea and Paola kept our rooms clean, always smiling, always making sure we had everything we needed in our rooms. Undoubtedly, it was a week we’ll never forget

He was very indulgent and patient always explaining to us what was the plan for the day, and open to any changes we wanted to make. Mario was very attentive to what we wanted, either our different necessities for our beverages and any other special petition. Yugo, the chef, learned very quickly what we liked or disliked and was also very indulgent with each and every personalized petition offering us different selections of food each day. He is an excellent cook! He even prepared us Mexican “tortas” among other requests. Jakob is always available and on time to take us to the islands and to pick us up. Thea and Paola kept our rooms clean, always smiling, always making sure we had everything we needed in our rooms. The schooner is beautiful, and has spaces with different ambiance. The best highlight is the crew. Everyone is special, very friendly and always trying to please us in all ways without missing a great smile on their faces. Antonio, the captain, was very open to take us wherever we wanted regarding places and times. He was very indulgent and patient always explaining to us what was the plan for the day, and open to any changes we wanted to make. Mario was very attentive to what we wanted, either our different necessities for our beverages and any other special petition. Yugo, the chef, learned very quickly what we liked or disliked and was also very indulgent with each and every personalized petition offering us different selections of food each day. He is an excellent cook! He even prepared us Mexican “tortas” among other requests. Jakob is always available and on time to take us to the islands and to pick us up. Thea and Paola kept our rooms clean, always smiling, always making sure we had everything we needed in our rooms.
