We are lucky to have some super great insights into Nocturno as both our charter brokers, Chris De Kock and Louis Lamprell, were invited on a FAM Trip (familiarization trip) onboard Nocturno following the Croatian Yacht Show in October 2024.

This was their verdict: “Nocturno is just a really nice yacht in general. The crew is very attentive, and she has great toys. The chef did a tasting menu for us at the end of the charter, 7 courses; it was amazing.”

Nocturno Yacht Description

New build, big decks. NOCTURNO is a 158ft yacht built in 2023, set up to sleep 12 guests in six cabins, with the kind of outdoor space that keeps everyone out of each other’s way.

Jacuzzi, then lunch. Head up to the sundeck jacuzzi, claim a sun pad, and rotate between lounging and the on-deck dining setup without having to stage a furniture negotiation. Simple flow. Very effective.

Water access is easy. The swim platform is your launch point for long water days, backed up by a 6.5m tender with a 175HP engine for quick hops and tow sessions.

Toys that earn their storage. You have 2 Jet Skis, 2 SeaBobs, an e-foil, a jetboard, plus wakeboard and water skis to keep the competitive types busy, with paddleboards and canoes for everyone else who prefers a quieter win.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailboat like Nocturno, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€12,600 - €25,200), making the charter cost €96,600 to €109,200. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

APA
(Advance Provisioning Allowance): 30% of charter fee paid with the balance for covering running costs during the charter: port and marina fee, fuel for jet skiand tender operated watersports, national park entrances, custom fees and charter licenses if chartered outside of Croatia, food and drinks options, and anything else that guests might need while on charter. A strict set of accounts is held by the captain throughout the charter and any funds not spent are refunded to the client in full. APA to be paid in cash on board or as a wire transfer with the last payment to a shipping agent’s account. If APA is to be paid as a wire transfer, of 1,5% for the shipping agent will be deducted from the APA.
