Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailing catamaran like Sinata, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€4,800 - €8,400), making the charter cost €28,800 to €32,400. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

One-way route, Rogoznica - Dubrovnik (or the other way around), is possible, subject to availability. Relocation fee of €1,000 unless the return leg is booked.


APA - an estimated amount for covering the costs such as: food and beverages, marina and ports fees, diesel etc. Captain will keep a record of all expenses on board and will return the balance to the clients at the end of the charter. If more funds are needed during the charter period, the Captain will alert the guests in time.

In his recent roles, he has excelled as a crewed captain in both the British Virgin Islands and Croatia, ensuring guests enjoy exceptional and personalized sailing experiences.

Ivan’s extensive expertise includes managing and operating yachts of various sizes, with hands-on experience in navigation, piloting, and maintenance. His responsibilities have ranged from conducting engine checks and maintaining safety equipment to organizing engaging activities and excursions for guests, always providing local insights to enrich their travels.

Before his distinguished career as a skipper, Ivan undertook numerous boat deliveries across the Mediterranean and the Caribbean, gaining invaluable experience on various routes and vessels.
