Big Perini sailing. XASTERIA is a 51.8m Perini Navi sailing yacht built in 1995 and refit in 2019, set up to sleep 12 guests in 5 suites. If you want proper sail-yacht pedigree with enough volume for a full group, this is the lane.
Cabins that work. The layout is charter-friendly: three double cabins and two twin cabins with Pullman berths, so you can mix couples, friends, and kids without playing cabin Tetris. Practical. And it keeps the peace.
Watersports on tap. A stand-up Jet-Ski, 2 x SEABOBs, an electric jetsurf, wakeboard, adult water skis, towable doughnut, paddleboards, and snorkelling kit make it easy to do more than just float. Two 6m/19'8" custom tenders help keep beach runs and drop-offs painless.
Comfort, not a project. Air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, an indoor audio system, and proper sun pads cover the between-swims hours, while shaded alfresco dining keeps lunches outdoors without baking everyone. There’s also an owner’s office with a study area and a large TV screen for anyone who insists on “just one email.”
