Refit, then go. THIS IS MINE is a 27m Posillipo motor yacht built in 2008 and refit in 2024, set up for guests who want a modern-feeling boat with proper pace. She cruises at 25 knots and tops out at 34, so the scenery changes quickly.

Sleeps 10 in four. Ten guests are accommodated across 4 en-suite cabins: a full-beam master, a VIP, and two twin cabins with Pullman berths that can convert to doubles. Practical for families and mixed groups. No awkward maths.

Water time is serious. Two Sea-Doo jet skis, two Seabob F5S units, and an Efoil Fliteboard keep the high-energy crowd busy, while the inflatable trampoline, towables, and snorkelling gear cover everyone else. Add the 3.8m ZODIAC tender and you are in and out of the water fast.

Comfort stays simple. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are on board, plus a home cinema setup (Dolby Surround) and PlayStation for downtime. When you want fresh air, the flybridge gives you the extra outdoor living space without getting in anyone’s way.
