XANA Yacht Description
Refit that matters. XANA is a 45m Codecasa motor yacht (built 1994, refit 2021) that went through a serious rebuild, including a hull extension and a reworked upper deck to create more usable outdoor space.
Deck life, sorted. There is a deck Jacuzzi and a sun deck set up for long afternoons outside. Add stabilizers underway and at anchor, and the plan stays intact even when the water does not cooperate. Simple.
Water time is easy. An extensive swim platform and a proper toy lineup keep days moving: a stand-up Jet Ski, Seabobs, wakeboards, adult and kids waterskis, paddleboards, canoes, inflatables, plus snorkelling and light fishing gear.
Comfortably sleeps 12. Six cabins cover mixed groups: a main-deck master suite, an upper-deck VIP, two doubles, and two twins (with Pullmans, and one twin that can convert to a double), all supported by Wi-Fi, air conditioning, and TVs in cabins and salon.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like XANA, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€37,500 - €60,000), making the charter cost €187,500 to €210,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain Manthos holds Diploma Captain Class A’ and certificates in S.S.O., B.M.S, Medical Care,
Hazardous Materials, ISPS, Ro-Ro Passenger Ships, A.R.P.A and Fire Fighting. Manthos is familiar
with multiple safe anchorage locations and fascinating bays throughout the Mediterranean Sea as
he has been at the helm of charter and private luxury motor yachts since 2006. He is constantly
informed and trained regarding safety issues as well as regarding the provision of high-quality
services to guests.
Chef - Giannis Stratigos
Giannis brings over 16 years of experience as a Chef, having worked in some of the most prestigious 5-star hotels and
resorts in Greece and abroad. He has also gained invaluable expertise in renowned 2 and 3 Michelin Star restaurants.
Beyond his kitchen achievements, Giannis has served as a culinary lecturer, teaching professionals and students pursuing
their University Degrees. He also represents Iliada, a premium Greek olive oil company, as their chef ambassador in
Germany and Japan. With his vibrant personality and great sense of humor, Giannis is a perfect addition to the XANA team.
Chief Stewardess - Efi Diamantakou
Efi is a very experienced stewardess with more than twenty years in luxury yachts. She is an
expert in housekeeping, flower decorations and dinner silver service. Her exquisite skills,
professionalism, and knowledge can assist towards impeccable service provision to all our guests
onboard.
Stewardess - Kleopatra Gkini
Kleopatra is a dedicated and passionate stewardess. She is eager to provide high-end guest
service. Her exceptional manners and kind smile guarantee an immaculate experience on board.
Stewardess - Christina Mehmeti
Christina has a well-rounded background in hospitality, massage therapy, and childcare. She is highly professional, adaptable, and service-oriented, committed to ensuring a pleasant and comfortable experience for all guests on board.
Chief Engineer - Marios Papadias
Marios is a graduate of the National Merchant Marine Academy and holds an Engineer Class A’
Diploma. His professional experience varies from passenger ships, tankers and bulk carriers to
luxury motor yachts. He holds all necessary safety certificates for life saving, firefighting
appliances, first aid, survival techniques, rescue boats and many more. He stands out for his
passion for his job and works with determination to make sure that the yacht runs smoothly at all

Deckhand - Dimitris Arvanitis
Dimitris turned his dream of working on a yacht into reality. After multiple successful seasons as a
deckhand on luxury motor yachts he is now a member of our skilled crew and asset to our team.
He is hard worker, discreet and efficient when it comes to our guests’ safety and security.
