OCEAN LOUNGE Yacht Description
Core feature unlock: OCEAN LOUNGE is a 2022 Bali 5.4 that turns the whole main deck into one continuous living space – salon, galley, aft cockpit and forward lounge all on a single, flush level. No steps, no bottlenecks, just a floating open‑plan apartment that actually works when you put 10 people on it.
Why this boat over the next Bali/lagoon you scroll past: you get 5 proper ensuite cabins for up to 10 guests (1 king, 3 queens, 1 twin), plus a refit in 2025 and a silent‑night lithium battery system that runs full air‑conditioning all night without the generator droning in the background. Translation: cool cabins, real sleep, no “white noise” excuses.
Liveability is the whole point here. The forward deck saloon is accessed straight from the interior, so your “front row sea view” is basically another lounge. Add a big flybridge, wide sunpads and an easy water‑level platform and you get multiple zones where different age groups can coexist without negotiation.
Hardware for humans, not just brochures: Bang & Olufsen sound and a 48” lift‑up TV in the saloon, proper household‑style galley (full‑height fridge/freezer with ice maker, 12‑place dishwasher, washer/dryer), good Wi‑Fi and quality mattresses with blackout and mosquito protection. It’s set up for a week (or three) of real life on board, not just a photo shoot.
Crew is part of the package, not an afterthought: a professional captain with serious sailing and charter miles, plus a dedicated chef/hostess with a track record of strong guest feedback. Expect tailored menus, special‑diet capability and the kind of low‑friction service that makes a 10‑person group feel oddly organised.
Who should actually book this: families or groups of friends who want a modern, quiet, climate‑controlled sailing cat that sleeps 10 in comfort, values open social spaces over marble bathtubs, and prefers real conversation on deck to shouting over a generator at 3 a.m.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like OCEAN LOUNGE, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€3,700 - €6,475), making the charter cost €22,200 to €24,975. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
