Obligatory Extras:
Half board – includes full breakfast and lunch at €550 per person per week (an extra meal can be arranged during the week at €50 per person; full board is not available but two dinners can be offered on board per week)
Children age 0-2 free of charge, children age 2-10 have 50% discount of a board arrangement.
Marina fees and port taxes - this cost will be covered from the APA but the exact amount depends on the route.

DRINKS/BEVERAGES OPTIONS:
Beverages according to an on-board price list or one of the following options:
• All-inclusive domestic package* at €270 per person per week (includes: Croatian wine, beer, spirits, soft drinks, still and sparkling water, coffee, tea)
• All-inclusive non-alcoholic drinks package* at €160 per person per week
• Drinks supplied according to preference list. A €1,000 service charge applies for the week.
(*packages can only be purchased by the whole group, not just for one or several guests only)

Additional Extras:
- Fuel for water sports (€100 per hour for water skiing and €150 per hour for the Jet Ski)

Tomislav Grubisic is a fantastic captain, who has worked as a captain for 8 years. Tomislav loves his job and has the greatest respect for the sea. He wants his guests to have a great experience full of fun memories! His number one priority, however, is for all guests to feel safe.

Tomislav lives in Sibenik, Croatia. In this free time, he likes to play sports and catch up with friends and family.


Deck hand: Ante Slijepcevic

Ante Slijepcevic is also from Sibenik, Croatia. Ante has been sailing for the last 3 years. His love of sailing started from his summer job and since he has been hooked! His new found love of the sea and boats meant he realised he wanted to work on boats full time. He will be a great addition to any crew.


Chef: Boris Blagdanic

Boris Blagdanic has been working as a chef on board yachts for the last 15 years. He is experienced and this shows in his dishes. He loves his job and always pushes himself to be the best he can be. He is confident in catering for all dietary requirements and tastes. He has the skills to please all guests with his delicious cooking.

Boris comes from a small town called Banj on the Island of Pasman. When he isn’t on board cooking delicious food for guests, he enjoys fishing and trying out new recipes ready for the next season.

Hostess: Petra Puljic

Petra joined the hospitality industry in Croatia very early on, as a student. There, she discovered her love of connecting and working with people. Petra enjoys meeting the guests from all over the world and learning about other cultures. She is outgoing and communicative, as well as considerate and discrete. Love for the sea has brought Petra to the world of yachting and gave her an opportunity to combine the best of both worlds.

Steward: Filip Plenca

Steward Filip Plenca was born in Rijeka and over years moved to Sibenik where his family is from. Filip is a trained kinesiotherapist by profession. He is an avid sportsman and he loves animals. He has been working on yachts for over 10 years.

We had an amazing time in Croatia. Dolce Vita was just superb – it was everything we had hoped for and more. Its an amazing boat and crew who looked after us really well. Niko reserved us tables in great restaurants on very busy islands. He took us to the most amazing bays where we swam and relaxed in crystal clear water. Marco the chef produced amazing food. Ivitsa and Anna looked after us on the boat at all times. Christiano was always willing and very capable when it came to ferrying us around and catering for all the watersports.

Although it wasn’t cheap I do think it was good value for money for the superb quality holiday we got. The extras bill on the boat was very reasonable. We took some great photos and used a drone to get some great footage.

Dolce Vita was just superb – it was everything we had hoped for and more. Its an amazing boat and crew who looked after us really well. Niko reserved us tables in great restaurants on very busy islands. He took us to the most amazing bays where we swam and relaxed in crystal clear water. Marco the chef produced amazing food. Ivitsa and Anna looked after us on the boat at all times. Christiano was always willing and very capable when it came to ferrying us around and catering for all the watersports.<br /> <br /> Although it wasn’t cheap I do think it was good value for money for the superb quality holiday we got. The extras bill on the boat was very reasonable. He comes from a family of sailors and has been sailing the Adriatic ever since he was a child. He knows the area like a back of his hand. <br /> He has a degree in Kinesiology, but soon after university, he joined the company and one of their first gulets. This was in 2001 and he is still with the same company. Since then, Niko has worked his way up in the ranks and is now the captain of Dolce Vita. Niko has been captain on Dolce Vita for the last four years.<br /> <br /> MARKO - Chef <br /> ‘All those years of charters and the time spent on the sea allow me to offer the guests the most fantastic and authentic experience. And for me, seeing people at their most relaxed and happy is a big reward.’<br /> <br /> Born in 1984 and has been working as a chef with the same group for 13 years. Marko has been on Dolce Vita for the last 4 years.<br /> <br /> ‘I fell in love with cooking before the age of 10! I knew then that I would be studying to become a chef which is what I did at college in Slavonski Brod (contrinetal Croatia). After school, I joined the boats at sea (southern Croatia). I have always been inspired by the sea food and working on yachts has allowed me to make the most of it. Dolce Vita was just superb – it was everything we had hoped for and more. Its an amazing boat and crew who looked after us really well. Niko reserved us tables in great restaurants on very busy islands. He took us to the most amazing bays where we swam and relaxed in crystal clear water. Marco the chef produced amazing food. Ivitsa and Anna looked after us on the boat at all times. Christiano was always willing and very capable when it came to ferrying us around and catering for all the watersports.<br /> <br /> Although it wasn’t cheap I do think it was good value for money for the superb quality holiday we got. The extras bill on the boat was very reasonable.
