DESSUS Yacht Description
Modern 60-foot Sunreef. DESSUS is a Sunreef 60 sailing catamaran built in 2022, set up for guests who want proper space on deck and a clean, contemporary feel inside.
Eight guests, four suites. She sleeps 8 in 4 double en-suite cabins, including a master suite with a walk-in closet and private access from the salon. No awkward corridor traffic. Just a sensible layout.
Deck life works. The open-plan main salon connects straight to the aft cockpit, so lunch can run long without anyone relocating. You also get a wide foredeck with a sunken seating area, sun pads, and two trampolines.
Serious water time. A central hydraulic swim platform turns into a sea-level terrace, making dips and toy-launching easy. For action, there is a RIB with 70hp outboard, SeaBob, 2 stand-up paddleboards, kayaks, wakeboard, kneeboard, towable tube, and water skis for adults and kids, plus snorkel gear and floating mats.

With 4 spacious double en-suite cabins, including a magnificent master cabin with a walk-in closet, the yacht comfortably accommodates up to 8 guests in ultimate comfort.Each cabin is designed with elegance and privacy in mind, offering guests individual air conditioning controls, ample storage space, and modern amenities. The master suite is a true highlight, providing a serene retreat with a generous walk-in closet for added convenience. The remaining three guest cabins are equally well-appointed, each with its own en-suite bathroom, ensuring everyone on board enjoys a high level of comfort.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like DESSUS, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€4,800 - €8,400), making the charter cost €28,800 to €32,400. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

10000 EUR APA Advance Provisioning Allowance: on board found serving to cover the costs of Croatian Tourist Tax (1,33 EUR per person/per day- approx.: 1.33 € or 1.50 USD per person/day), requested supplies, port, mooring, other legal charges and fees, diesel, fuel, communications and other extras depending on guest particular request for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. The Captain will keep an accurate record of spending and at the end of the charter guest will be refunded or asked to pay the difference if additional operating costs are incurred

Captain: Pepi Jardas
Captain Pepi Jardas has been onboard DESSUS since her launch and knows the yacht inside out. His Croatian coast knowledge helps you time anchorages, coves, and shore plans efficiently.
- Croatian nationality
- Fluent in English and Italian; can get by in Russian
- Experience on catamarans, motor yachts, and sailing boats, including competition
Brings head and executive chef experience from Croatian restaurants and transfers that pace onboard for charter days. Comfortable improvising dishes when guests want to hand over the menu direction.
- Worked as Head and Executive Chef in Croatian restaurants
- Ran fine dining dinners with wine pairings from Croatian winemakers
- Participated in a popular TV show
Handles provisioning, boat setup, and day-to-day interior organization so the onboard routine stays on track. Uses her culinary training to support food service and guest plans throughout the day.
- Degree in Fashion Design and Painting studies, completed in Zagreb
- Attended cooking classes and worked as a freelance hostess on charter boats
- Served as a standing hostess on luxury vessels and motor yachts

Captain Pepi seemed so switched on with his surroundings, weather and safety, that my clients felt very safe and in good hands with Pepi. Very, very impressed!
They are not touristy people, but even the suggestions from Pepi of tours to do were 100% spot on. They loved them and glad they went.
Chef Nikola blew them away with every meal! So impressive! Not one meal was average.
Stewardess Nadja was amazing as well and a fabulous personality. The crew work really great together!
The yacht was stunning and loved all of the decks they could lounge in.
The toys – especially the Sea Bob was their favorite and enjoyed it every day!
They would love to return to DESSUS and have this same crew! They were 100% fantastic! Can’t say enough about them!
