Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like DESSUS, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€4,800 - €8,400), making the charter cost €28,800 to €32,400. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

10000 EUR APA Advance Provisioning Allowance: on board found serving to cover the costs of Croatian Tourist Tax (1,33 EUR per person/per day- approx.: 1.33 € or 1.50 USD per person/day), requested supplies, port, mooring, other legal charges and fees, diesel, fuel, communications and other extras depending on guest particular request for services, itinerary, food, beverages etc. The Captain will keep an accurate record of spending and at the end of the charter guest will be refunded or asked to pay the difference if additional operating costs are incurred

Captain: Pepi Jardas
CAPTAIN PEPI JARDAS
Captain Pepi Jardas was born and raised in Opatia. Growing up in vicinity of the sea, he was always engaged with water and sea. He has been a captain onboard DESSUS since her launch and knows DESSUS from inside out. He can talk about her in details for hours. His experience includes navigating diverse vessels, including catamarans, motor yachts and sailing boats, both for pleasure and for competition. His career on board has resulted in great experience and vast knowledge of the Croatian coats, islands, beautiful beaches and coves and also historical sights and gastronomic scene. Pepi is fluent in English and Italian language, and can get by in Russian language. With his calm attitude, responsible and hardworking approach, captain Pepi will always make sure the guests onboard Sunreef 60 DESSUS have an unforgettable and unique Croatian charter experience.
CHEF MARKO JAGNJIĆ
Marko Jagnjić is an accomplished Croatian yacht chef with over 15 years of experience working on luxury yachts and charter vessels throughout the Adriatic Sea. He began his culinary journey at a young age and, after completing culinary school, pursued a career at sea, where he discovered his true passion.
Having served as head and sole chef on motor yachts and traditional gulets—including Delphinus Yachts, S/Y Dolce Vita, and S/Y Perla—Marko is highly experienced in all galley operations, menu creation, provisioning, and delivering exceptional guest satisfaction.
Deeply inspired by seafood and Mediterranean cuisine, he is known for using fresh, locally sourced ingredients, adapting seamlessly to dietary requirements, and creating refined, creative dining experiences. Although raised in continental Croatia, his strong connection to the sea defines his culinary style.
Creative, communicative, and highly organized, Marko cooks with passion, confidence, and dedication, while continuously developing his skills to deliver consistently high standards on board.
HOSTESS KATJA BLAGONIĆ
Katja is a professional and warm yacht stewardess who enjoys taking care of guests and making them feel at home on board. With extensive experience on motor yachts and catamarans, she has worked as both solo and chief stewardess, confidently managing all interior duties while providing personalized service. Her hospitality background and natural understanding of people allow her to adapt easily to different guest preferences and rhythms. Whether guests seek quiet relaxation, active exploration, or celebrating special moments, Katja ensures every detail is taken care of for an enjoyable holiday. She creates a calm and welcoming atmosphere, offering elegant meal and drink service, thoughtfully arranged spaces, and discreet yet attentive care. From morning coffee to evening cocktails, her focus is always on guest comfort, enjoyment, and a stress-free experience at sea.
For Katja, the most rewarding part of her work is seeing guests fully relax during those golden Mediterranean sunsets, cocktail in hand, with nothing else to do but enjoy the moment.

Captain Pepi seemed so switched on with his surroundings, weather and safety, that my clients felt very safe and in good hands with Pepi. Very, very impressed!
They are not touristy people, but even the suggestions from Pepi of tours to do were 100% spot on. They loved them and glad they went.
Chef Nikola blew them away with every meal! So impressive! Not one meal was average.
Stewardess Nadja was amazing as well and a fabulous personality. The crew work really great together!
The yacht was stunning and loved all of the decks they could lounge in.
The toys – especially the Sea Bob was their favorite and enjoyed it every day!
They would love to return to DESSUS and have this same crew! They were 100% fantastic! Can’t say enough about them!
