When you step aboard Corsario, you instantly feel like you are on a real ship, – Imagine a luxury pirate ship: She’s got the facilities and high standard of a luxury yacht and the esthetic charm of a traditional ship, with beautiful woodwork and a nautical theme.

Starting with a tour of the decks, which are all teak, looking down from in front of the wheelhouse, you cannot help but be impressed by her big ship bow, which is beautifully framed in a gloss varnished caprail. She stays true to the traditional style, which is a huge part of her charm!

The flybridge has a large lounging area and a Jacuzzi placed behind the wheelhouse, so it is nicely protected from the wind. This could turn out to be a major plus when wanting to go for a soak during the afternoon sea breeze, which is so consistent here along the Southern Dalmatian Coast. Corsario also has a sauna onboard!

My favorite thing about Corsario is her super beautiful bar in the main saloon.

Chief Steward/Barman Dario Topić has worked in several 5-star hotels and fine-dining restaurants. He has a perfect grasp of cocktail making and a really deep knowledge of Croatian wines. (Dario later took first place in the “Flavored Water Competitions”.)

I had to take a picture of the table setting; again, a nautical theme with a pirate ship and a treasure. It turned out there was a story behind this little miniature scape. Corsario actually means ‘pirate ship’, and Corsario loves doing pirate-themed events with the guests, from onboard pirate parties to onshore pirate treasure hunts. When we hear things like this, we know we have found a gold nugget for families with kids!

The last thing I want to mention is the very impressive aft VIP cabin. (Chris and I actually liked it better than the master Cabin) With portholes all around, you could look out of the stern. It reminded me of the captain’s quarter in an old, traditional tall ship. The gentle sound of waves lapping on the hull was the icing on the cake!

With her six staterooms – one master, one VIP, two double, two twin, each with ensuite – CORSARIO will comfortably accommodate up to 12 guests on board. In every stateroom guests will enjoy AC, flat screen TV, wi-fi, audio surround system with separate controls, interphone and room service. In the main salon, there are separate lounge and dining sections, with modern furnishings and large windows for panoramic views.

On the large flybridge deck, CORSARIO has plenty of open space for sunbathing, a sauna room, jacuzzi and multifunction room. Her watersports chest is equally impressive: a 5.5m tender, two standup paddleboards, kayaks, jetski, waterskiing gear, snorkeling equipment, fishing rods and sun mattresses for all kinds of on-water fun.

Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailboat like CORSARIO, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€12,750 - €25,500), making the charter cost €97,750 to €110,500. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain: Jure Restovic

Captain Jure was born in 1981 in Split but he lives on the Island of Brac, near by. He finished his high school education as a Chef but ended up in yachting very quickly following his passion for the Sea. He calls the sea his friend that has been round all of his life or as he likes to emphasize – '' I am in love with the sea!'' His father was a shipbuilder and he used to observe boats in refit and at sea later. After his high school he worked several seasons on a cruiser and then he decided to dedicate more of his time to following the dream of becoming a Captain. In 2017 he got his license. This will be his 17th year at sea. Growing up by the sea and being involved in shipbuilding with his father set his life path and brought him to what he enjoys the most – SAILING! In his free time Jure loves diving and fishing so be sure he will take you to the best places, coves and catch fresh fish, octopus. He will also show you how to truly indulge in everything that the Adriatic sea has to offer while on Corsario.

Chef Luka grew up in the small Dalmatian town of Omiš, located at the mouth of the river Cetina surrounded by mountains and the sea. His love for cooking comes from his childhood. After he studies, he decided to accept an offer to work abroad in order to expand his culinary skills and get to know other cooking cultures. After three years, Chef Luka returns to his country with a rich experience and great discipline. Chef Luka is immediately given the opportunity to work on the Island of Hvar, where he stays for 4 seasons. In the meantime, he gets an offer to work as a Chef in the famous Split restaurant, where he stays for 4 years. After extensive experience in a la carte restaurants as a Chef, he got to work in a newly opened Hotel in his home town and accepted the challenge to make a new hotel famous for its food. What Chef Luka always wanted was to tell stories through his plates. On Corsario, he will satisfy all the requirements of the guests and will provide them with real hedonism during their stay.

Maja was born in 1993 in Split where she grew up and finished her high school education. She worked in many restaurants as a sous chef where she became very skilled and passionate about food. She likes to be at Sea and working on boats because of the dynamics of the charters. Her free time is reserved for travelling, meeting new people and cultures that inspires and motivates her. Long walks and meditation in nature are her favorite things to do. Maja prefers working in a great environment and she contributes to a healthy work atmosphere with her creativity and is always looking forward to new challenges. Maja has another passion for images and is a professional photographer as well. She might take a few good shots of your holiday on board!

After finishing high school Dario started working as a waiter and he just fell in love with the job. He approaches his job with passion and, being an ambitious person, is always ready to learn new things. After 15 years of experience in 5* hotels and restaurants he just felt the need for a new challenge in his life so he started to work on yachts. His unique professional and personal approach to the guests’ needs with care and charm will stay in their memory for a long time. Dario is an outdoor person and in his free time he likes to be riding his bicycle and playing basketball and whenever there is a free moment loves to gets his hands on a new book.

He finished his high school education as a Chef but ended up in yachting very quickly following his passion for the Sea. He calls the sea his friend that has been round all of his life or as he likes to emphasize – '' I am in love with the sea!'' His father was a shipbuilder and he used to observe boats in refit and at sea later. After his high school he worked several seasons on a cruiser and then he decided to dedicate more of his time to following the dream of becoming a Captain. In 2017 he got his license. This will be his 17th year at sea. Growing up by the sea and being involved in shipbuilding with his father set his life path and brought him to what he enjoys the most – SAILING! In his free time Jure loves diving and fishing so be sure he will take you to the best places, coves and catch fresh fish, octopus. He will also show you how to truly indulge in everything that the Adriatic sea has to offer while on Corsario. <br /> <br /> Chef Luka grew up in the small Dalmatian town of Omiš, located at the mouth of the river Cetina surrounded by mountains and the sea. His love for cooking comes from his childhood. After he studies, he decided to accept an offer to work abroad in order to expand his culinary skills and get to know other cooking cultures. After three years, Chef Luka returns to his country with a rich experience and great discipline. Chef Luka is immediately given the opportunity to work on the Island of Hvar, where he stays for 4 seasons. In the meantime, he gets an offer to work as a Chef in the famous Split restaurant, where he stays for 4 years. After extensive experience in a la carte restaurants as a Chef, he got to work in a newly opened Hotel in his home town and accepted the challenge to make a new hotel famous for its food. What Chef Luka always wanted was to tell stories through his plates. On Corsario, he will satisfy all the requirements of the guests and will provide them with real hedonism during their stay. <br /> <br /> Maja was born in 1993 in Split where she grew up and finished her high school education. She worked in many restaurants as a sous chef where she became very skilled and passionate about food. She likes to be at Sea and working on boats because of the dynamics of the charters. Her free time is reserved for travelling, meeting new people and cultures that inspires and motivates her. Long walks and meditation in nature are her favorite things to do. Maja prefers working in a great environment and she contributes to a healthy work atmosphere with her creativity and is always looking forward to new challenges. Maja has another passion for images and is a professional photographer as well. She might take a few good shots of your holiday on board!<br /> <br /> After finishing high school Dario started working as a waiter and he just fell in love with the job. He approaches his job with passion and, being an ambitious person, is always ready to learn new things. After 15 years of experience in 5* hotels and restaurants he just felt the need for a new challenge in his life so he started to work on yachts. His unique professional and personal approach to the guests’ needs with care and charm will stay in their memory for a long time. She <strong>stays true to the traditional style</strong>, which is a huge part of her charm!</p> </p><p><p style="font-weight: 400">The flybridge has a <strong>large lounging area and a Jacuzzi</strong> placed behind the wheelhouse, so it is nicely protected from the wind. He finished his high school education as a Chef but ended up in yachting very quickly following his passion for the Sea. He calls the sea his friend that has been round all of his life or as he likes to emphasize – '' I am in love with the sea!'' His father was a shipbuilder and he used to observe boats in refit and at sea later. After his high school he worked several seasons on a cruiser and then he decided to dedicate more of his time to following the dream of becoming a Captain. In 2017 he got his license. This will be his 17th year at sea. Growing up by the sea and being involved in shipbuilding with his father set his life path and brought him to what he enjoys the most – SAILING! In his free time Jure loves diving and fishing so be sure he will take you to the best places, coves and catch fresh fish, octopus. He will also show you how to truly indulge in everything that the Adriatic sea has to offer while on Corsario. <br /> <br /> Chef Luka grew up in the small Dalmatian town of Omiš, located at the mouth of the river Cetina surrounded by mountains and the sea. His love for cooking comes from his childhood. After he studies, he decided to accept an offer to work abroad in order to expand his culinary skills and get to know other cooking cultures. After three years, Chef Luka returns to his country with a rich experience and great discipline. Chef Luka is immediately given the opportunity to work on the Island of Hvar, where he stays for 4 seasons. In the meantime, he gets an offer to work as a Chef in the famous Split restaurant, where he stays for 4 years. After extensive experience in a la carte restaurants as a Chef, he got to work in a newly opened Hotel in his home town and accepted the challenge to make a new hotel famous for its food. What Chef Luka always wanted was to tell stories through his plates. On Corsario, he will satisfy all the requirements of the guests and will provide them with real hedonism during their stay. <br /> <br /> Maja was born in 1993 in Split where she grew up and finished her high school education. She worked in many restaurants as a sous chef where she became very skilled and passionate about food. She likes to be at Sea and working on boats because of the dynamics of the charters. Her free time is reserved for travelling, meeting new people and cultures that inspires and motivates her. Long walks and meditation in nature are her favorite things to do. Maja prefers working in a great environment and she contributes to a healthy work atmosphere with her creativity and is always looking forward to new challenges. Maja has another passion for images and is a professional photographer as well. She might take a few good shots of your holiday on board!<br /> <br /> After finishing high school Dario started working as a waiter and he just fell in love with the job. He approaches his job with passion and, being an ambitious person, is always ready to learn new things. After 15 years of experience in 5* hotels and restaurants he just felt the need for a new challenge in his life so he started to work on yachts. His unique professional and personal approach to the guests’ needs with care and charm will stay in their memory for a long time. Dario is an outdoor person and in his free time he likes to be riding his bicycle and playing basketball and whenever there is a free moment loves to gets his hands on a new book. </p></div> </div> </div> </div>
