Start with the system upgrade: BLACK SWAN is a 49m / ~160ft mini‑cruise superyacht built in 2018, hard‑refreshed in 2024, and wired to move 20 guests in 10 en‑suite cabins without feeling like a school trip. Three master suites spread over three decks, five VIPs and two flex cabins mean you can separate generations, business units or friend groups without diplomacy failures in the corridor.

The hardware for humans: top deck = 8‑person Jacuzzi, full sunpad zone, wet bar, projector screen for open‑air cinema and a proper dining table for all 20 at once. Inside you get a private indoor cinema, cigar/whiskey lounge with piano, a flex room that flips between office, kids’ playroom and PlayStation lounge, plus a massage room, Finnish sauna and a real gym with Technogym kit and yoga setup. Translation: everyone can disappear into their own rabbit hole and still think they’re in the prime spot.

Water‑level chaos, controlled: the toy list is built for people who don’t like being bored – two jet skis, two Seabob F5S, e‑foils, waterslide, floating beach, six paddleboards, wakeboards, water‑skis for adults and kids, bikes, fishing gear and a stack of snorkel sets. Two tenders (up to 7m, 150hp) move 20 guests on and off the yacht without the usual shuttle drama.
