A motor yacht turns the Croatian coast into a much bigger playground. The islands are close together, so speed here does not mean long passages: it means reaching Vis for lunch and being back in Hvar for dinner, or adding Dubrovnik to a week that would otherwise stop at Korcula.
Croatia has nearly 60 marinas, many of them recently built, so a motor yacht can berth in the middle of the old towns rather than shuttling guests ashore by tender.

Croatia is where clients get the most yacht for their money. The value is a lot less than Greece or France for the same standard, so a large motor yacht with an onboard cinema and a full toy garage is realistic here at a budget that would get you something far smaller in the western Med. For a big group that difference is the whole trip.

Crewed motor yachts in Croatia start at around €50,000 per week for a mid-sized yacht under 120ft, with larger 160ft yachts from €50,000 to €100,000 and premium yachts €100,000 to €200,000. Mega yachts run €200,000 to €500,000. On top of the base rate, budget for:
Speed changes the shape of the week. From Split you can run the full Dalmatian coast down to Mljet and Dubrovnik and still have days to spare, or push north to the Kornati islands and Istria. The classic one-way finish is Dubrovnik; the ambitious one is Venice, which only really works on a motor yacht. Hvar, Vis, and Korcula all have modern berths, so evenings are spent in town rather than at anchor.
