Croatia has become a serious superyacht destination in the last few years, and the infrastructure has caught up: nearly 60 marinas along the coast, many of them new, with berths that take 60m-plus yachts right in the middle of towns like Split, Hvar, and Dubrovnik.
What you get is a walled medieval city on one side of the passerelle and a full crew, beach club, and toy garage on the other, at rates below what the same yacht commands in France or Italy.
