With over 12 years of experience in yachting, including a decade commanding private and charter motor yachts, Captain Mišo Martinović brings extensive maritime knowledge, technical expertise and a calm, confident approach to his role aboard M/Y CIPRIANA. His career has taken him from smaller motor yachts to the command of a 33-metre Custom Line Navetta, where he managed a crew of six and oversaw all aspects of yacht operations. Eight consecutive years working with the same yacht owner reflect the trust and professional relationships he has built throughout his career. Mišo combines strong technical knowledge with a practical, hands-on approach and a genuine understanding of what makes a successful charter. Attentive to individual preferences, he values thoughtful planning, flexibility and discretion, ensuring that guests can enjoy their time aboard CIPRIANA with complete peace of mind. His experience, steady leadership and dedication to maintaining high standards make him a valuable presence on board, both for his crew and for the guests in his care. A Croatian national fluent in English, Mišo enjoys fitness and cycling in his spare time.

Mario Đokić combines practical seamanship with a background in hospitality, bringing versatility and a welcoming approach to his role aboard M/Y CIPRIANA. Having completed the 2026 Mediterranean season on board, he has gained valuable hands-on experience in mooring operations, tender handling, water toy preparation and exterior maintenance. He holds a Yachtmaster 500 GT qualification and STCW Basic Safety certification. His previous experience as a bartender adds another dimension to his role. Skilled in preparing cocktails and attentive service, Mario understands how the small details can enhance a guest's time on the water. Reliable, approachable and attentive to detail, he works closely with the captain to maintain high standards of safety and presentation while contributing to a relaxed and enjoyable atmosphere on board. A Croatian national with a good command of English, Mario brings a positive attitude and a practical, service-minded approach to the crew.
