Yacht Description

Master Suite, Own Deck TIMBUKTU puts her full-beam master on the main deck, so whoever booked the trip sleeps a whole deck away from everyone else. Small detail. Big difference on a family charter.

Calm Lunches At Anchor Zero speed stabilisers work at anchor as well as underway, which means lunch in a bay stays on the plate. Up top, the sundeck jacuzzi shares space with a bar, a dining area and sunpads forward and aft, so nobody has to commute between a soak and a drink.

Kit For Restless Groups The swim platform launches Seabob, jet ski, hover board, sea kayaks, paddle boards, water skis, wakeboard and towables, so the morning turns into a launch queue rather than a debate. Three e-bikes cover the shore side.

Gym And Baby Gear An upper deck gym with a Peloton bike, weights and a yoga ball keeps the fitness crowd honest. Children's toys and baby equipment are already aboard, which spares parents a suitcase.

Eleven Guests, Five Cabins A 137 foot Baglietto built in 2009, sleeping 11 in five cabins. A sensible shortlist pick for families or mixed groups who want the master suite separated and the toys within reach.

Onboard visit

TIMBUKTU is a yacht for art lovers, filled with pieces throughout, including a 200-year-old dress from an Indian princess displayed in the main salon. She has two full-beam master cabins, both noticeably bigger and wider than you'd expect for her size. The crew is professional and friendly, and with a sundeck jacuzzi to unwind in, she suits couples and families alike.

Onboard visit

An impressive art collection sets her apart — Salvador Dalí drawings, a large Ballini painting, and fabric from an Indian princess's dress on the wall. The royal master cabin has a striking silver fish-scale en-suite, and the upper saloon's cigar-room vibe, full bar, and leather armchairs make quite an impression. Each deck carries its own color scheme in an 80s classic-nautical style. Even alongside a spread of fish and meat, the crew's vegan bites were genuinely delicious, and the Smokey Paloma cocktail was a highlight.
