DREAM Yacht Description
Start with the headline system overload: DREAM is a 106m ex-cruise-ship turned full‑scale private resort, rebuilt in 2018 into a charter machine with a sundeck swimming pool, swim‑up bar and helipad. If you’re trying to move up from “big yacht” to “floating campus”, this is where that escalation ends.
Scale first, then everything else. DREAM sleeps up to 36 guests in 22 cabins, backed by a crew of around 32–40. Translation: you can bring the entire family tree, key staff, or half a conference and still not fill the place. Multiple indoor and outdoor dining areas, a proper beach club and huge deck volumes mean everyone can spread out without the “we all booked the same yacht, didn’t we?” effect.
Actual resort, not just marketing copy. The top deck runs a large swimming pool with waterfall and counter‑current, a swim‑up bar, full sun-lounging space and a helipad that doubles as a sports court – basketball, volleyball, badminton, even clay shooting. Inside you get a cinema (indoor plus three outdoor setups), a full spa with sauna, massage and beauty rooms, and a serious gym with Technogym kit. This is built for long, comfortable weeks onboard, not one‑night photo ops.
Corporate, multi‑family, or “we need one yacht instead of five”. DREAM is purpose‑designed for big groups: three dining rooms, flexible cabin layouts, staff cabins, elevators between decks and at‑anchor stabilizers to keep the whole operation calm. It’s an obvious fit for brand events, product launches, large family gatherings or UHNW travel where privacy, scale and controlled environment beat any hotel or ship‑in‑a‑suite setup.
Toy department: fully funded. The hardware list is long: three Yamaha FX Cruiser SVHO waverunners, a road‑legal Gibbs Quadski amphibious vehicle, Seabobs, Laser sailing dinghies (including a Laser Bug), a stack of paddleboards, kayaks, full snorkelling and rendezvous diving options, plus a fleet of serious tenders including a 9m Windy limo and multiple Scorpion RIBs. If someone gets bored, it’s a user error.
Why charter DREAM instead of another “big white thing”: because you get cruise‑ship volume with superyacht service, a recent full rebuild, real wellness and entertainment infrastructure, and enough space and toys to run a complex charter – corporate or private – on one platform. If your brief is “large group, high privacy, everything onboard”, DREAM actually ticks the boxes instead of just enlarging the brochure renderings.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like DREAM, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€500,000 - €800,000), making the charter cost €2,500,000 to €2,800,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
