Yacht Description
Deck life first. SON DE MAR is a 45m (147'8") custom-built motor sailer from 2019 that leans hard into outdoor living: a large sun deck with a Jacuzzi, multiple spots for al fresco dining, and easy lounging from aft deck to foredeck. Coffee up front, sundowners up top. Simple.
Serious water access. The 8m swim platform with Sea Bob docks makes swim stops quick and low-drama, and the toy box backs it up with a Jet Ski, waterskis for adults and children, wakeboard, SeaBobs, four paddleboards, two single kayaks, plus snorkelling gear and fishing equipment.
Spaces that work. Inside, the main salon is set up like people actually use it, with separate lounge and dining areas plus a bar, and plenty of natural light. There is also a sauna for post-water warm-ups or post-lunch regret management.
Sleeps 12 in six. Accommodation is for up to 12 guests in six en-suite cabins: a full-beam master with a king bed, four doubles with queen beds, and one twin cabin.

Wide-beam and properly spacious, SON DE MAR pairs classic mahogany styling with modern comfort — no creaky corners here. The master suite's three-metre king bed is a rare treat, and every cabin gets its own coffee machine. The shaded foredeck and sundeck are the stars, with a jacuzzi, evening bar, and an 8-metre floating mat for play. Hostess India, Michelin-trained, keeps service — and her signature cocktail — at the very top of its game.

Guests keep coming back to say the same thing about SON DE MAR:
"We could not fault anything. The yacht, the food, the crew, the toys, the way the yacht was run, all perfect... the crew were outstanding, the food was out of this world. We'd rather dine on board most nights than go out!"

Charter Reviews
Chef Antonija and sous chef Nena spoiled us with world-class meals that rivaled any fine dining experience. Stews Matea, Indija, and Lea brought so much warmth, care, and attention to detail, making us feel truly pampered every day. Deckhands Ivan, Luka, and Nikola worked tirelessly to ensure smooth sailing, safety, and fun at every stop.
The entire team worked in perfect harmony, creating an atmosphere that was both professional and deeply personal. Croatia’s coastline is breathtaking, but it was this exceptional crew that made our trip absolutely magical.
If you are considering sailing Croatia, the Son de Mar with this outstanding crew is the only way to do it!
The boat was adequately furnished as advertised, very clean and very efficiently run.
Toys and facilities all in working order and always at hand.
The crew were always prompt, efficient and very courteous, eager to please with a genuine smile.
Captain Mate runs an excellent crew and is very professional.
The food was excellent and varied. The wife of the captain was in charge of the kitchen and worked tirelessly to impress us with her skills.
We had a wonderful time on board and have nothing to complain about. We would certainly recommend the Son de Mar to friends and families that enjoy the sea and love the simple, essential pleasures of a laid back life on board a very good value for money yacht.
comfort of the yacht just added to our enjoyment. Not enough good things can be said about the crew. Captain, chef, deckhands and stewardesses were all most welcoming and accommodating. Nothing was ever too much trouble, and all done with a smile and a pleasant nature.
