Byron has over 14 years in yachting, running as far north as Alaska and as far south as Patagonia, with long stretches across the Pacific that cover the yacht's South Pacific cruising. He has spent the last few years completing his Master 3000.

Jay has worked commercial charter yachts from 50-90m since 2008 and has run diving and fishing guest charters in the southern Caribbean. He takes guests fishing from the tender.

Mitchell started out driving classic wooden boats for his father's water taxi business on the Yarra river in Melbourne, so close-quarters boat handling is long-standing ground for him. He has since worked vessels from 35m to 70m around the world.

Marin is MISCHIEF's longest standing crew member with eight years onboard, so the yacht's systems are known ground to him. He is happy to take younger guests out on the jet ski between the islands.

Bob cooked at a 1 Michelin star and a 3 Michelin star restaurant in the Netherlands and has run the galley on MISCHIEF since the beginning of 2021. Onboard he is known for Japanese themed nights and beach seafood BBQs.

Shane freelanced for 16 years across Australia, England and France after cafes, restaurants and film and television catering, so versatility is his specialty. He cooks honest food built around comfort rather than fuss.

Garan is hotel trained at Ulura and the Fairmont Royal York in Toronto and joined MISCHIEF in 2021. Beach BBQs and themed events sit squarely in his range.

Cassie started in childcare at 16 and nannied five children from 17, which carries directly into charters with children onboard. She ran a superhero party on MISCHIEF for a teenaged guest with all 14 crew and 9 guests in costume, finishing at sunset with an arm wrestling competition.

Mands pairs 20 years as a beauty therapist with 10 years as a yacht stewardess, covering treatments onboard alongside interior service. Her cruising takes in Fiji and Tahiti, where she has fed stingrays and black tip reef sharks in Moorea.

Rebecca went to massage therapy school in Maui in 2017 and has worked as a scuba instructor since 2020, combining massage with her years in hospitality onboard. After moving to Australia in March 2023 she worked the Great Barrier Reef and Ningaloo Reef.
