Modern Lagoon cat. JOANSEA is a 46ft Lagoon sailing multihull built in 2022 and refit in 2024, set up for guests who want easy living and quick water time without the big-boat hassle.
Sleeps eight, sensibly. She accommodates up to 8 guests across 5 cabins, including four queen-bed suites and one single cabin, all with en-suite bathrooms. No one has to negotiate shower schedules.
Comfort is handled. Air conditioning, Wi‑Fi, and an indoor audio system keep things civil when you come inside. Quick rinse, repeat: there is an outdoor shower for post-swim cleanup.
Toys for the whole week. Kayaks and paddleboards cover the mellow hours, while the wakeboard, kneeboard, towable tube, and adult and child water skis give you a proper rotation of “one more go.” Snorkeling equipment is also on board for low-effort exploring.
