Captain Nenad is a highly professional and capable maritime expert, fluent in four languages. He expertly oversees the navigation and operation of the motor yacht, ensures safety and regulatory compliance, and delivers a seamless, luxurious experience for all guests on board.

Mia is an enthusiastic and dedicated Hostess/Cook with experience aboard private and charter yachts, where she has worked as a solo stewardess and gained valuable experience in guest service and interior operations. She has a culinary background, having completed culinary school and gained experience as a Chef Assistant at Regent Porto Montenegro. On board DALIA, Mia takes care of both guest service and meal preparation, always making sure guests feel comfortable and well looked after. Outside of yachting, Mia has a very active and adventurous personality. She is a former national-team judo athlete with a black belt and also volunteers as a firefighter and with the Red Cross. She loves hiking, rock climbing and scuba diving, bringing plenty of energy and a positive attitude to life on board.

Marin brings a practical mindset, strong technical knowledge, and a genuine passion for the sea to his role on board. With a background in yacht maintenance, vessel operations, and navigation, he is responsible for many of the details that keep the yacht running efficiently behind the scenes. From tender operations and docking procedures to the upkeep of onboard equipment, he approaches his work with care, precision, and a strong sense of responsibility. Growing up on the Croatian coast, Marin developed an early connection to the sea, which naturally led him to a career in yachting. His hands-on approach and problem-solving skills make him a valuable support to both the captain and crew, while his friendly and approachable nature helps guests feel comfortable throughout their time on board. Whether preparing for a day at sea, assisting with water activities, or ensuring everything is ready for the next destination, Marin takes pride in delivering the smooth operation that allows guests to simply relax and enjoy the journey.
