He started working as a skipper during his college years and gained valuable knowledge. His educational background is in mechanical engineering and naval architecture. Currently, he works in yacht charter during the summer and in boat transfers during the winter. Stipe has great communication and leadership skills gained through his experience as a professional water polo player.

Mate Branko has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. During his college years, he worked as a deckhand on various vessels and after getting his master's degree in naval technology, Mate Branko worked as an Apprentice Officer and 3rd Officer on chemical tankers. After 2 years he returned to the yacht charter industry and worked in various positions, as a charter base manager, chief officer and captain.

Rea has great communication skills and is able to adapt to all situations. She enjoys working in a team environment, her reliability and punctuality make her an efficient and valuable crew member.
