Captain Stipe first encountered yacht charter as a teenager when he worked as a boat cleaner during summer seasons. Later on, he started working as a technician in charter bases. He started working as a skipper during his college years and gained valuable knowledge. His educational background is in mechanical engineering and naval architecture. Currently, he works in yacht charter during the summer and in boat transfers during the winter. Stipe has great communication and leadership skills gained through his experience as a professional water polo player.
Mate Branko Dujmić

Mate Branko has extensive work experience in the maritime industry. During his college years, he worked as a deckhand on various vessels and after getting his master's degree in naval technology, Mate Branko worked as an Apprentice Officer and 3rd Officer on chemical tankers. After 2 years he returned to the yacht charter industry and worked in various positions, as a charter base manager, chief officer and captain.

After completing her education (Master Engineer of Maritime Management) and maritime training, Rea committed herself to find a position as a stewardess in the yachting industry. She has worked on different sailing and motor yachts for the past 3 years. She is a highly motivated, hardworking and reliable individual. Rea has great communication skills and is able to adapt to all situations. She enjoys working in a team environment, her reliability and punctuality make her an efficient and valuable crew member. She loves traveling and meeting new cultures, and is always up for an adventure. Her interests include scuba fitness, diving, yoga and cooking.

Chef Tea is highly skilled and has extensive charter experience. She has worked on different types of sailboats and motor yachts for more than 15 years.
