Outdoor space, first. SIRENA is a 28m (around 91ft) gulet with the kind of deck layout charter guests actually use: shaded alfresco dining aft, plus sunpads forward and aft for the serious loungers. Simple plan. Works.

Refit you can feel. Built in 2007, with multiple refits noted (2013, 2017, 2022, 2023) and a reported winter refit covering cabins, bathrooms, deck, saloon, kitchen, and new sunbeds. Translation: you get classic gulet lines with updated, practical interiors.

Cabins for a proper group. She sleeps up to 12 guests with accommodation listed as either 5 or 6 cabins depending on the source, so the safe take is: up to 12 guests, in a flexible cabin setup. Air conditioning throughout, plus Wi-Fi, TV in the saloon, and an indoor audio system for downtime that is not just staring at your phone in silence.

Watersports without fuss. The toybox is geared for easy, repeatable fun: paddleboards, kayaks, wakeboard, adult and child water skis, a banana boat towable, plus snorkeling and fishing equipment. A tender is also noted (up to 5.5m with a 100hp outboard in one listing), making quick hops to shore or anchor-spot scouting painless.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailboat like Sirena, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€3,000 - €6,000), making the charter cost €23,000 to €26,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
