Romanca Yacht Description
Big group, one boat. ROMANCA is a 28.4m (93ft) custom motor/sailer built in 1998 and refit in 2020, set up to sleep up to 16 guests in 8 cabins.
Deck space that works. There is a large sun deck for the all-day lounging crowd, plus an outdoor dining area sized to keep the full group together instead of running shifts. Simple. Effective.
Indoor plan for 16. The open-plan salon and dining area uses panoramic windows and two generous tables to seat everyone, with a separate seating area and wet bar to keep traffic moving.
Proper water time. ROMANCA carries a RIB tender and a guest-friendly toy mix: stand-up jet ski, paddleboards, canoe, wakeboard, towable tube, adult water skis, and snorkeling gear for the slower-paced crew. Air conditioning and Wi-Fi are on board when it is time to cool off and reconnect.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like Romanca, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€4,035 - €8,070), making the charter cost €30,935 to €34,970. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Port fees/anchorages: Port fees and anchorages are to be paid on spot in each port/anchor (in cash), according to actual costs in ports/anchors. The total cost per week depends on the selected itinerary/ports of call. It is not obligatory for the yacht to be in the port each night, it can also be anchored, which lowers the mooring fees (approximate cost is between 800 – 1,200 Euros).
FOOD OPTIONS:
Half board (breakfast + lunch): 550 Eur per person per week
Full board (breakfast + lunch+ dinner): 800 Eur per person per week
Extra meal (dinner - three courses) is optional 50 Eur per meal per person
Optional snack (includes a variety of pastries, prosciutto, cheese, mini pizzas, bruschette, and similar items): 20 Eur per person
Food discount for children:
Children 0-2 years free of charge, Children 2-12 years 50% discount.

All inclusive domestic drink package of 300 Euros per person includes: Croatian quality wine, domestic beer, spirits, soft drinks, natural and mineral water, milk, tea and coffee. Foreign liquors and wines are not included in this package.
All inclusive non alcoholic drink package: 100 Eur per person per week.
Drinks and beverages completely supplied by clients - corkage fee: 700 Euros per week (in this case non alcoholic drink packages per person are an obligatory extra).

Kitchen galley features all necessary equipment - including ovens with stainless steel stove, refrigerator, freezer, ice machine, BBQ. One of the most interesting features of this boat is the fact that the crew can do their duties almost completely separated from the clients, so you can have your privacy if that is your preference.
