Fresh from 2025. REALITY is a 50.5ft Lagoon sailing catamaran built in 2025, set up to sleep 10 guests across 6 suites. New-boat feel, without the learning curve for guests.
Easy water access. The swim platform makes the sea part of the living space, so swims, rinses, and re-boarding do not turn into a group project. Quick dip. Back to lounging.
Stay cool inside. Air conditioning is on hand when the heat wins, which is a small detail that changes the whole mood of a week onboard.
Keep it active. Paddleboards are included for low-effort exploring and morning workouts that do not require anyone to be “that person” at the gym.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like REALITY, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€1,820 - €3,185), making the charter cost €10,920 to €12,285. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
