New Lagoon 620 is designed to meet the needs of today’s cruising yachtsman: strength, comfort, performance and exceptional living space. Ideal for clients who want to experience the art of living aboard in an innovative way.
OPAL, available for charter in Croatia, can accommodate up to 10 guests in 5 double cabins – all en-suite, plus saloon with separate cabins for three professional crew members (captain & stewardess and professional chef).
Complete interior layout is elegantly incorporating wood finish, upholstery, inner liners, and more. A functional fly bridge can also accommodate guests thanks to separate crew and reception areas. Saloon and cockpit are beautifully integrated and include “wet bar”, areas for lazing around and the option on taking delicious meals inside or out without having to make any adjustments.
Presented by DMA Yachting, the majestic charter yacht OPAL (Lagoon 620) is a 61 ft sailing catamaran. OPAL (Lagoon 620) spends the summer season in Croatia. She was completed by the ship builder Lagoon in 2017. The well-planned yacht layout features 5 large cabins and easily accommodates up to 10 guests.
OPAL (Lagoon 620) is introduced primarily as a sailing catamaran. The the core layout is spread out from the main saloon, which connects to the aft deck. The aft deck is generous, with a prominent dining and seating area and that's where the guests spend most of their time. The fascinating cabins offer designer mattrace beds and feature ensuite bathrooms. The cabins are located in the 2 massive hulls. Multiple portholes supply a sunny feeling, with the option for darkness and privacy.
The sailboat features 2 x 150HP Yanmar, GENERATOR 19Kva 220V engines and a generator.

After a couple of years, Igor replaced the corporate environment with the operations manager position in a hospitality company. After years of amateur sailing and boating in a private arrangement, Igor transferred his career in the very same direction. He sailed and did boat transfers as a boat captain and as a part of the crew over The Mediterranean and the Adriatic Sea. The ability to remain calm under pressure and quick decision making was a great asset when he started his boat skipper/captain career. Igor is experienced and skilful captain that will make your charter unforgettable
YOUR CHEF
Vedrana was born in Zagreb and holds a strong background in customer service and hospitality. She started as a bar coordinator and later on as sommelier assistant, which ultimately led her to a one-year trip to Canada where she worked as an assistant buyer for a canadian boutique. Finally, she has more than 4 years of experience as a Yacht stewardess and yacht Cook on luxury crewed catamarans. She is in charge of all guests and crew meals and runs a complete management of the galley. Ask Vedrana about the wines and food pairing, she'd be more than happy to share her knowledge with you. Likewise, she can organize a wine tasting on your catamaran.

Stjepan Baković; He has completed Catering school and has found his stride in guest relationships and service. Passionate about delivering his expertise in the field, he is super talkative and relaxed, yet maintains a professional demeanor. He tends to provide a unique experience for everyone he serves.

Our week aboard the Opal was outstanding; we and our eight guests could not have asked for a more perfect boat, a more perfect crew, more perfect weather, itinerary, food and wine, or more perfect anything.
It is almost impossible to capture the essence and feeling of spending time in your beautiful country and on the Adriatic. Boris knew exactly how to find the best weather and he moored the Opal in beautiful, quiet coves where we swam and napped and ate and drank to our hearts' content. Gaga planned, prepared and served the most amazing meals and really outdid himself on our final night when he baked a chocolate birthday cake with ganache filling and pistachio nut toppings. And Marija -- what good care she took of all of us, serving our every whim from cappuccinos to beer and wine, to special gin and tonics, and how she managed to also keep the Opal clean and tidy at the same time will always be a mystery!

Our week aboard the Lagoon 620, Opal, was sublime. My husband and I joined with four other couples from the U.S. and Canada for a what turned out to be a wonderful mixture of laziness, leisure, fine dining, a bit of hiking and shopping, lots of fun playing in the water with SUPs and kayaks, near perfect weather and great fun with great friends. And at every single step, we were coddled and cared for by the amazing, talented crew members Boris, Maja and Dragan.

Boris skillfully skippered the Opal into quiet, scenic coves for swimming and relaxing. Maja quietly and efficiently poured coffee in the mornings and wine the rest of the day, and kept the Opal clean and tidy. She makes a remarkable cappucino! Dragan is a chef of the first order, who served delicious, nutritious meals of meats, fish, vegetables, and even baked a birthday cake on our last evening.

The crew - Boris, Maria and Dragan - were also excellent. and we were made to feel welcome with a high level of professional friendly service.Boris quickly found out our preferences and adapted the course to suit us. Maria was very attentive, approachable and professional making our holiday very relaxed and enjoyable. Dragan, what can I say, the meals on board exceeded our expectation and were quality restaurant standard.
A great holiday had by all. 5 star experience.

My husband and I joined with four other couples from the U.S. and Canada for a what turned out to be a wonderful mixture of laziness, leisure, fine dining, a bit of hiking and shopping, lots of fun playing in the water with SUPs and kayaks, near perfect weather and great fun with great friends. And at every single step, we were coddled and cared for by the amazing, talented crew members Boris, Maja and Dragan. <br /> The Opal is a beautiful boat; the photos don't do it justice. It's pristine and spacious.<br /> Boris skillfully skippered the Opal into quiet, scenic coves for swimming and relaxing. Maja quietly and efficiently poured coffee in the mornings and wine the rest of the day, and kept the Opal clean and tidy. She makes a remarkable cappucino! Dragan is a chef of the first order, who served delicious, nutritious meals of meats, fish, vegetables, and even baked a birthday cake on our last evening.<br /> What a spectacular way to visit Croatia. Maria was very attentive, approachable and professional making our holiday very relaxed and enjoyable. My husband and I joined with four other couples from the U.S. and Canada for a what turned out to be a wonderful mixture of laziness, leisure, fine dining, a bit of hiking and shopping, lots of fun playing in the water with SUPs and kayaks, near perfect weather and great fun with great friends. And at every single step, we were coddled and cared for by the amazing, talented crew members Boris, Maja and Dragan. <br /> The Opal is a beautiful boat; the photos don't do it justice. It's pristine and spacious.<br /> Boris skillfully skippered the Opal into quiet, scenic coves for swimming and relaxing. Maja quietly and efficiently poured coffee in the mornings and wine the rest of the day, and kept the Opal clean and tidy. She makes a remarkable cappucino! Dragan is a chef of the first order, who served delicious, nutritious meals of meats, fish, vegetables, and even baked a birthday cake on our last evening.<br /> What a spectacular way to visit Croatia. Firstly, you have a very beautiful country and you all must be very proud. <br /> <br /> The Lagoon 620 catamaran was first class, spacious, great condition and met all our expectations.Service from Miha at SkipperCity during the reservation process was excellent giving me all the information and help I needed to charter the boat, a first for me. The crew - Boris, Maria and Dragan - were also excellent. and we were made to feel welcome with a high level of professional friendly service.Boris quickly found out our preferences and adapted the course to suit us. Maria was very attentive, approachable and professional making our holiday very relaxed and enjoyable.
