OMNIA Yacht Description

Big-group sailing platform. OMNIA is a 46m (150'11") Brodosplit-built motor/sailer delivered in 2017 and refit in 2022/2023 (sources vary), set up from day one for charter. She sleeps 12 guests in six en-suite cabins, with two full-beam suites (master and VIP) that are the same size, so nobody has to “win” the cabin draw.

Outdoor life, sorted. The sundeck is the headline act: a deck Jacuzzi plus a wet bar, lounge areas, and sunbeds for low-effort afternoons. Sauna on the main deck. Simple plan: sweat, soak, repeat.

Easy water days. A swim platform gets everyone in and out of the sea without gymnastics, and the toy lineup is properly charter-focused: 2 x Seadoo Spark Trixx jet skis, 2 x F5 Seabobs, wakeboard, adult and kids’ waterskis, towables, paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkelling gear.

Cabins with options. The layout stays flexible for different mixes of couples and friends: master + VIP, two queen doubles, and two twin cabins that convert to doubles. All cabins are en-suite and equipped with TV, Wi‑Fi, safe box, and individual HVAC controls.

Accommodation

OMNIA sleeps up to 12 guests in 6 staterooms. These are comprised of a massive master suite, a VIP, 2 queens and 2 twin staterooms that can be converted into queens. All staterooms have ensuites and are equipped with a large flat screen television, satellite and local antenna, wifi, interphone, safe box, HVAC control and surroundsound system.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailboat like OMNIA, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€16,500 - €33,000), making the charter cost €126,500 to €143,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
