Luka grew up on the sea and fell in love with boats from an early age. This passion took him around the world, working on various passenger ships. Due to Luka’s experience and reputation, he had many job offers but Luka decided to return to his well-known and deeply loved Adriatic Sea. Besides his experience, knowledge, and professional qualities that make him a great addition to the Navilux crew, Luka is a hands-on person who takes every task seriously and completes it to the highest standard Luka strives to make guests stay aboard both safe and enjoyable.

Dominik Heroic

Dominik, a chef that brings a unique blend of culinary expertise and hospitality skills to Navilux. Fluent in English and with a strong command of Italian, Dominik is not only a master in the kitchen but also an excellent communicator. To win the hearts of guests, he relies on a winning recipe of courtesy and his culinary creations. Understanding the significance of a vacation, Dominik prioritizes customer service by making special moments, such as celebrating birthdays and anniversaries, a part of the yacht experience. His future plans include continuous self-improvement as a chef and building a name for himself in the culinary world. Outside of work, Dominik enjoys sports, photography, and travel, reflecting his adventurous spirit. With previous experiences as a chef in restaurants across Europe and Asia, Dominik brings a wealth of culinary knowledge, with Mediterranean cuisine being his favorite. His cooking style is characterized by tasteful and clean creations, avoiding additives and artificial enhancers, ensuring that every dish is a delightful and authentic experience for the guests.

STEWARDESS
Mila Katavic

Growing up beside the water, she sees the sea as home. Being on a boat makes her truly happy, and her positive perspective contributes to a pleasant, easygoing atmosphere on board. With extensive experience guiding guests on boats and recent work on yachts, Mila adapts quickly and handles challenges with confidence. From assisting guests during emergencies to arranging small but important solutions, she enjoys being the person who makes things easier. Her knowledge of the islands and strong local connections often become valuable assets during trips. Having worked with people from all over the world and in hospitality roles in Croatia, Italy, and the U.S., Mila brings cultural awareness, speed, and a natural understanding of guest needs. She cares deeply about doing things with purpose, and kindnessensuring guests feel welcomed, supported, and at ease throughout their stay.

STEWARD
Jaksa Bucic

Jaksa has years of experience in hospitality and working aboard yachts. Hospitality is not just a job, it is a passion and way of life. Jaksa has proved himself to be a valuable asset to every yacht he has ever worked on, and he is excited to be a part of the professional Navilux crew.
Jaksa is outgoing, and while he is professional, he also has a great sense of humour which helps anyone feel relaxed in his presence. Jaksa loves creating memorable moments for his guests; his experience and knowledge ensure everyone who sails with Navilux will have an amazing holiday.

INTERIOR STEWARDESS
Frencis Cetinic
Frencis is a dedicated and personable interior stewardess. Fluent in English, Spanish, and Italian, with proficiency in Portuguese, she excels in creating connections with guests from diverse backgrounds. Raised on an island, her love for the sea is innate, bringing calmness and joy to her work aboard yachts. With a season on Adriatic Pearl as a stewardess and a background in hospitality, education, and childcare she is committed to creating memorable guest experiences through her approachable demeanor and keen sense of service, ensuring a clean, welcoming, and professional environment. Frencis treasures the cultural exchanges, breathtaking destinations, and relationships formed on board. Passionate about photography, art, and exploring cultures, she is eager to grow her expertise and envisions herself thriving as part of a dedicated yacht crew for years to come.

Ivan Duvancic

With six years of maritime experience, including roles aboard vessels like Kapetan Bota, La Stella Dei Mari, and Clase Azul, Ivan is a seasoned deckhand passionate about the sea. His love for the sea began as a child during ferry rides, sparking a lifelong ambition to work on the sea. Driven by a passion for constant improvement, Ivan thrives on the dynamic challenges of life aboard. Known for his calm demeanor, discipline, and precision, he believes exceptional service starts with a sincere smile and attentiveness to guest preferences. Aspiring to captain his own vessel one day, he is steadily climbing the maritime ranks. Outside of work, Ivan enjoys football, walking, and exploring history.

DECKHAND
Luka Tokic
Luka is a dedicated deckhand from Split, a graduate of the Maritime High School Split. Connected to the sea since childhood, he developed a strong passion for maritime life, which naturally led him to the yachting industry. He brings enthusiasm, reliability and a constant drive to learn and improve. One of his favourite moments at sea was watching the sunset with the crew after a long day in a quiet bay, a reminder of why he enjoys life on the water. Luka focuses on delivering a personal and professional guest experience, paying attention to details and ensuring that guests feel safe, relaxed and welcome. He enjoys seeing the deck organised, the equipment ready and operations running smoothly. Reliable, physically fit and experienced in deck maintenance and line handling, he is prepared for all duties on board. In his free time, he enjoys football, sports and outdoor activities, especially those close to the sea.

Jure Jukic
With five years of experience as a deckhand and tender driver on vessels such as Admiral, Salve di Mare, Premier, Antaris, he combines hands-on maritime skill with a technical background from the Technical School of Mechanical Engineering and Mechatronics.
Jure believes that the best service is delivered when everything is done smoothly and without stress — something guests can immediately feel and appreciate. Known for his focus, precision, and positive attitude, he continually works to improve and grow within the maritime industry.Outside of work, he enjoys football, long walks, and exploring history.
