MADRA II Yacht Description
First, the headline fact: MADRA II is a brand‑new (2023) 78ft Ferretti with five double cabins for up to 10 guests and zero “who gets the small room?” arguments. Everyone gets a proper double. Democracy at sea, Italian‑style.
This is a modern Ferretti, not a science experiment. You’re getting a 20–25‑knot planing yacht with full air‑conditioning, contemporary interiors and a layout designed for actual use: social flybridge, proper lounging and dining zones, and clean sightlines that make the boat feel bigger than the numbers suggest. It’s built for people who like to move between bays quickly, not drag a small apartment block behind them.
Guest experience is the core feature, not an afterthought. Captain Manuel runs tight navigation and smooth passages, while a three‑person interior/deck team handles the reality layer: service, housekeeping, toys, tenders and lines. The crew CVs read like a hospitality playbook – charter‑focused, Mediterranean‑trained, and used to fast turnarounds and high expectations. Translation: you spend your time being a guest, not a project manager.
Why pick MADRA II over another 78‑footer: because it’s effectively new, fully double‑cabin, and crewed by a team set up for charter, not just occasional family use. If you want a recent‑generation Ferretti that moves fast, sleeps ten adults in real beds, and runs like a professional operation from day one of the week, this is the one that makes the shortlist instead of the “maybe next year” pile.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like MADRA II, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€21,250 - €34,000), making the charter cost €106,250 to €119,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
