KIJO Yacht Description
Heesen, 44m, serious. KIJO is a 44m (about 144ft) Heesen motor yacht built in 2003, with a 2023 engineering refit, and she sleeps 12 guests in five suites. Terence Disdale handled both the interior and exterior design, so the look is consistent and intentionally “grown-up yacht,” not theme-park glitz.
Outdoor living wins. The top deck Jacuzzi is paired with sunpads, which makes it an easy default setting between swims. Add a swim platform for quick water access. Simple. Effective.
Stays steady, stays easy. With stabilizers both underway and at anchor, KIJO is set up for less rolling and fewer “why is my drink walking away?” moments. Wi‑Fi and air conditioning are also on board when you need to rejoin civilization.
Toys for mixed groups. Expect a proper watersports spread: Jet Ski, Seabob, wakeboard, adult and kids water skis, towables, inflatable watertoys including a trampoline, plus paddleboards, kayaks, and snorkelling gear. Two tenders (including a 7.20m and a 6.50m RIB) keep beach runs and towing logistics painless.

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like KIJO, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€40,000 - €64,000), making the charter cost €200,000 to €224,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
