GITANA II Yacht Description
Start with the hard reset: GITANA II is a 78ft Princess V78 that’s been dragged firmly into the present with a full refit in 2023/2024, then handed to a captain who’s both a professional sailor and a drone‑wielding content nerd. Translation: fast yacht, fresh hardware, and someone on the bridge who can actually drive it – and film it.
Real use case: grown‑up performance with a proper cabin layout. She sleeps up to 8 guests in 4 cabins, but the key line items are the full‑beam master with walk‑in wardrobe and large windows, plus a genuine VIP forward – no “second‑class” cabin politics. Two guest twins (one convertible bunk setup in some layouts) give you flexibility for families, kids, or friends who don’t want to share a bed but do want the same level of comfort and en‑suite privacy.
Outside, she’s built for actually being on the water, not just near it. Big sunpads forward, an aft deck that works as the default social zone, and a wide swim platform that’s basically the launchpad for the toy arsenal: Jet‑Ski, two SeaBobs, paddleboards, wakeboard, donut, plus a Williams Sportjet 395 tender to move everyone around without drama. If your plan is “step off the boat and immediately start doing things,” this is the correct hull.
Underway, she’s not pretending to be slow. Twin Caterpillar C32s push her to around 32–37 knots, with an efficient 22‑knot cruising speed. Planing hull, shallow draft, bow and stern thrusters, full air‑conditioning, Wi‑Fi, upgraded TVs and BOSE audio in master, VIP and salon – this is a modern, fast platform for people who want to cover ground, hit coves, and still come back to a cool, quiet cabin and a working internet connection.
Why charter GITANA II instead of yet another generic 70‑something motor yacht: refit‑fresh interior from Princess, a genuinely large master and VIP, a captain who actually sails and shoots, and a toy list that supports a full‑throttle, in‑and‑out‑of‑the‑water charter for up to 8 guests without anyone getting bored or downgraded.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like GITANA II, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€4,975 - €7,960), making the charter cost €24,875 to €27,860. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
