Cool Breeze Yacht Description
Cool Breeze, the sister ship to the highly successful Cool Change, is a beautifully refitted Lagoon 560 catamaran, offering great comfort and style. Accommodating up to 8 guests in four spacious, en suite cabins, this 2015-built yacht has been thoughtfully modernised and is now ready to welcome guests to explore the Croatian coast.
Designed for outdoor living, Cool Breeze features three exterior lounge and dining areas—the flybridge, aft deck, and foredeck—all offering panoramic sea views and perfect settings for al fresco dining, sunbathing, or simply relaxing. Inside, the bright and airy saloon provides a comfortable retreat from the sun, with ample space for socializing or unwinding.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailing catamaran like Cool Breeze, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€2,345 - €4,104), making the charter cost €14,070 to €15,829. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

Captain: SLOBODAN (DADO) VELIKIĆ
Slobodan, also known as Dado, is a professional skipper has over 30 years of sailing experience and a lifelong passion for the sea.
His background includes competitive sailing in a wide range of classes, on both monohulls and multihulls. Slobodan is only the 2nd Croatian sailor to ever finish the Mini Transat.
In addition to sailing, he is an international ski instructor and a passionate ski touring enthusiast. His combined experience at sea and in the mountains has shaped a calm, disciplined, and safety-focused approach.
As a captain, he is dedicated to seamanship, teamwork, and creating unforgettable experiences for his guests. His interest in cuisine adds a warm, personal touch to life on board and enhances the overall cruising experience.
He is fluent in English and Italian, can communicate in Russian and Spanish, and speaks basic German and French.
Dado is 45 years old, married and a father of an 2 year-old boy.
Favourite Island in Croatia? Why?
I like Lastovo or as we call it “Island of Bright Stars”. It is one of Europe’s best stargazing spots due to minimal artificial light and clear Milky Way visibility.
Best bay?
I like bays that are not crowded with a sandy beach so my vote goes to Smokova on the island of Vis, if we arrive there early enough to get the good spot and avoid the afternoon crowd.
Favourite food?
Any kind of sea food, as long as it is fresh. Sardines / calamari / swordfish on the grill, scorpion fish in fish stew, shrimp stew, fried rooster fish, it all goes really well with a glass of good local wine.
Favourite restaurant to recommend to guests?
Pojoda - Vis, Podanje - Lastovo, Stupe – Korčula
Best part about Cool Breeze?
The best thing about life on board Cool Breeze is how self-sufficient we are. We eat really well, sail often, avoid the crowds, and still get to experience the most beautiful spots. It’s all about good energy, slowing down, and creating a relaxed, easygoing holiday.
Chef/Host DUBRAVKO
Dubravko grew up by the sea, immersed in Mediterranean cuisine and coastal life. After completing school in Rijeka, he pursued his passion for food at the Culinary School in Crikvenica.
Since then, he has worked in various restaurants in his hometown of Rijeka, honing his skills and love for authentic Mediterranean flavors. This season, Dubravko decided it was time for a new challenge—combining his love of cooking with his passion for the sea. An avid fisherman and boating enthusiast, he has joined the Cool Breeze team as Chef and Host.
Dubravko is married and a proud father of a three-year-old son. His warm personality, culinary talent, and deep connection to the sea make him a perfect fit for creating unforgettable onboard experiences.
