CARPE DIEM Yacht Description
Made for big groups. This 118-foot custom-built motor yacht (built 2016, refit 2025) sleeps up to 32 guests in 16 air-conditioned cabins, with a sensible mix of double and twin layouts for families, friends, or corporate takeovers.
Sun deck, sorted. A jacuzzi gives the day an easy centerpiece. Add a cinema setup with a projector on the sun deck, and you have a built-in plan for post-swim downtime. Short version: nobody has to improvise.
Easy water access. A swim platform with a boarding ladder and deck shower keeps the on-and-off routine painless, so water time actually happens more than once a day. Snorkel gear and paddleboards are onboard when you want to get moving without organizing a full expedition.
Comfort basics covered. Full A/C, onboard Wi-Fi, and in-cabin practicalities like a safe box and hair dryer keep the logistics quiet. There is also a BBQ for outdoor meals when the group votes for “simple, but outside.”

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a sailboat like CARPE DIEM, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€7,440 - €14,880), making the charter cost €57,040 to €64,480. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
