His career spans both motor and sailing yachts, giving him extensive expertise in navigation, yacht maintenance, and seamless charter operations. Luka’s leadership is defined by clear communication, meticulous organization, and a strong focus on guest satisfaction. When not at the helm, Luka enjoys open-water exploration, staying active, and immersing himself in nature. Chef: Mateo Rac
Winner of the chef’s competition at the CROYA charter show in Split (Oct 2024), Chef Mateo Rac brings a world-class culinary experience to CARMEN. With a passion for gastronomy and a flair for inovation, he has trained in Michelin-starred kitchens and worked alongside renowned chefs, mastering a diverse range of cuisines, from refined Mediterranean flavors to avant-garde fine dining. His approach to cooking emphasizes the freshest ingredients, creative presentation, and an unwavering dedication to guest satisfaction. Whether crafting an elegant tasting menu or a relaxed, family-style meal, Mateo ensures that dining aboard CARMEN is nothing short of exceptional. When not in the galley, he enjoys exploring new culinary techniques and sourcing unique ingredients to elevate his craft.

Chief Stewardess: Lucija Radovcic
With a background in hospitality and over seven years of experience in yachting on both private and busy charter yachts, Chief Stewardess Lucija Radovčić ensures an impeccable guest experience aboard CARMEN. Fluent in Croatian, English, Italian, German, and Spanish, she has experience working in multinational environments and a deep understanding of diverse cultures, which allows her to easily adapt to guests' needs. Her top strength lies in flawlessly planning and executing unforgettable experiences to charter guests, from intimate dinners to lavish parties, while maintaining meticulous housekeeping standards to keep the interior pristine and welcoming. In her free time, Lucija enjoys outdoor activities such as walking, trekking, hiking, and cycling, as well as spending quality time with family and friends. Reading a good book or cooking for loved ones also brings her great happiness.

First Officer: Luka Lovrekovic
With five years of experience in the yachting industry, First Officer Luka Lovreković ensures seamless operations on board CARMEN, combining technical expertise with a strong focus on guest satisfaction. His calm and composed approach allows him to handle every situation with professionalism, ensuring a smooth and enjoyable experience for all on board. Luka excels in open communication, anticipating guest needs, and creating a welcoming atmosphere. His background in onboard operations, water sports, and guest services makes him a key asset to the CARMEN crew. When off duty, he enjoys fishing, reading, and spending time outdoors, embracing the tranquility of the sea.

Chief Engineer: Lovre Kolega
With years of experience maintaining and troubleshooting complex yacht systems, Chief Engineer Lovre Kolega ensures that CARMEN operates at peak performance throughout every voyage. Lovre’s problem-solving mindset and meticulous attention to detail make him an essential pillar of the crewensuring seamless onboard operations. His calm and proactive approach allows guests to enjoy their charter worry-free. Outside of work, he enjoys water sports, cycling, and cooking, always bringing a practical and hands-on attitude to both his work and leisure time.

Stewardess: Angela Salierno
With nearly two decades of experience in the yachting industry, Stewardess Masseuse Angela Salierno brings a refined sense of hospitality and wellness to CARMEN. Originally from Italy, she started her career in tourism management before embracing life at sea, working on both sailing and motor yachts in a variety of roles. Angela specializes in silver service, high-detail housekeeping, and luxury spa treatments, ensuring that every guest experience is both indulgent and seamless. Fluent in Italian, English, Spanish, and French, she easily connects with international guests, offering personalized service with warmth and professionalism. When not onboard, she enjoys photography, painting, and exploring different cultures through travel and cuisine.

Deckhand: Domagoj Vlatkovic
With seven years of experience in the yachting industry, Deckhand Domagoj Vlatković brings strong technical skills and a proactive approach to ensuring smooth deck operations aboard CARMEN. As an avid tender diver, Domagoj enjoys teaching watersports and sharing his passion for the wonders of the underwater world with guests. His friendly nature and excellent communication skills create a welcoming atmosphere for guests and crew alike. When off duty, he enjoys staying active in the gym, hiking, and unwinding with video games.
