Start with the reality distortion field: BY MY SIDE is a brand‑new 2024 Aquila 54 power catamaran that solves the usual 50‑something‑footer problems: no space, no privacy, no flow. Here you get an enclosed flybridge, an on‑deck full‑beam master suite, and a bar that literally connects the aft cockpit to the salon so nobody has to choose between “inside” and “outside”.
Space hack for 8 humans, not 20 brochures. Four genuinely spacious cabins sleep up to 8 guests: a king‑bed master with walk‑in closet and full‑size bathroom with walk‑in shower, plus three well‑sized guest cabins, each with its own proper ensuite. Translation: no shared heads, no tiptoeing through someone else’s cabin to brush your teeth.
Social architecture, not just furniture. The open‑plan salon/galley, aft cockpit and bar hatch form one continuous living zone—C‑shaped dining, flexible tables, bar stools looking both in and out, and a flybridge with grill and dual stairway access down to the bow. Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a power catamaran like By My Side, the expected APA is 20% to 35% of the charter price (€4,200 - €7,350), making the charter cost €25,200 to €28,350. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
