George runs the engineering side of the yacht, including the three 2024 Caterpillar generators, so air conditioning, water and power stay steady through a charter day. His firefighting and high voltage certification supports safe operation on board.

Raemon has been on board S/Y Baracuda since 2015, so deck routines, toy launches and swim stops run to a pattern the whole crew knows. A carpenter by trade, he keeps the yacht's woodwork and deck fittings in order.

John came to Baracuda in 2025 from a run of both sailing and motor yachts, so he is used to switching between deck work under sail and tender and watersports duties. Guests will see him on the swim platform handling the toys and the two tenders.

Yiannis cooks Mediterranean and international menus built around fresh local ingredients picked up along the route, and the yacht caters for special diets. His Oenology studies mean he can pair each course with wine on request.

Tania has been in yachting since 1997 and running charter interiors since 2015, so service across the five cabins and the main saloon follows a settled routine. Her offshore racing background means the interior stays organised when the yacht is sailing.

Natalia moved into yachting from high-end fashion client management, and she brings that record keeping and guest preference tracking to the interior. She works the service and cabin routine alongside the Chief Stewardess.
