Jordana comes from Jesenice, a small coastal village with a deep-rooted maritime tradition. The sea runs in her veins—her great-grandfather was among the first in the village to own a ship, and her grandfather was one of the first formally educated captains.
Though rooted in maritime heritage, Jordana initially followed a different path, earning a degree in Graphic Engineering and spending nearly 30 years Eastern Europe’s largest media company. But eventually, her twin passions—cooking and the sea—called her back.
She began a new chapter aboard the ship Providnost, cooking for 30 people in her first season. Her culinary journey continued with the renowned hospitality group Falkensteiner, where she refined her skills in local and international cuisine. The sea called again, and she spent two years on MV Navigator, creating and serving curated menus for over 50 guests.
With every dish, Jordana brings a piece of her home, heritage, and warmth. For her, the kitchen is more than a workplace—it’s a space for connection, creativity, and love. Today, she’s back where she belongs: at sea, aboard Argo, giving guests a true taste of Dalmatia.

Determined to advance in the industry, he earned his Yachtmaster certification and continues to push forward. Duje is friendly, responsible, and outgoing, always giving his best to every crew member. Outside of yachting, he enjoys tennis, hiking, diving, and even trains kickboxing.

With years spent navigating both speedboats and catamarans, as well as participating in yacht deliveries from France to Croatia, Andrija brings valuable hands-on experience and local knowledge. His time on board renowned charter yachts SY Acapella and MY Happy Me refined his eye for detail, professionalism, and understanding of five-star guest service. Friendly, dedicated, and always eager to share his love of the sea, Andrija contributes to ensuring guests enjoy an unforgettable and safe experience on board.
