Altair Yacht Description

Twelve guests, six cabins. ALTAIR is an 80-foot yacht built in 2008 and refit in 2019, set up to sleep 12 in six en-suite suites. It is a straightforward option for bigger groups who want everyone properly accommodated.

Comfort that actually matters. Full air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and stabilizers keep the onboard routine civilized when the weather or the group mood is not. The saloon has a TV and indoor audio for downtime without everyone staring at their phones. Mostly.

Water time is covered. Kayaks and paddleboards handle the easy mornings, while adult water skis plus a towable donut and tube handle the louder afternoons. Snorkeling gear is on board for quick jumps in between.

Cabin mix with logic. You get four double cabins and two twins, all with private bathrooms. This one suits two or three families, or a mixed friend group that wants real beds and fewer compromises.

Accommodation

4 Double Cabin: cabin with double bed (200*240 cm). Private bathroom with shower box and home toilet.
2 Twin Cabin: cabin with double bed (200*90 cm). Private bathroom with shower box and home toilet.

Price Terms

Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see

Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).

All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.

The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).

For a sailboat like Altair, the expected APA is 15% to 30% of the charter price (€2,775 - €5,550), making the charter cost €21,275 to €24,050. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.

You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).

The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE AND AMAZING FOOD
Many thanks to the super crew on the Altair! We had a wonderful week and were pampered. The route was very varied, exciting and relaxing for us and all the crew members were wonderful! The experiences of this week will be truly unforgettable. We also really enjoyed the boat itself and the food in particular was absolutely fantastic (thank you so much for the amazing vegan food, it was heavenly ).
We wish you all an awesome season on the Altair ♡

LUXURY TRAVEL WITH FANTASTIC CHEF
Where do we start? We’ve enjoyed 10 days of luxury travel on board the Altair with a fantastic crew who took us to all the best places to moor up and swim, water-board and fish. We will never know how Chef managed to cook up such delicious food in his little kitchen, and each meal never failed to please. Duje’s knowledge of the Croatian Islands meant that he was able to take us to some fantastic locations. Marko is a very capable crew member and his ability to climb over the rocks to attach the mooring ropes is special to watch. And a very special mention for Dora who looked after us all so well. Nothing was too much for her, she is so kind.
A great crew and a great holiday. What more could you ask for – wishing you a successful season – you deserve it!

WE WILL NEVER FORGET YOU
I enjoyed every day of this trip, I wanna thank all the crew members
for being so kind to us. This week I enjoyed a lot of things like swimming jumping and
more, but the only thing I did not enjoy was hurting myself on the rocks but other than that I enjoyed everything. So now I am kind of sad that I have to leave. But, when I am older I
will come back with my girl friend. With love
This crew is fantastic! Thank you for everything you did for us & for
our children. Thank you for feeding us & pampering us so much, making this trip
one of dreams come true. We will never forget you!
Hope to see you soon, very soon!
