Lovely Lagoon has had a recent refit; she looks in great condition. Impressive size walk-in closet, nice touch with the fold-down balcony, great sunbeds on the flybridge, and big lounging area on the front deck. Best part is the friendly and super experiences captain, Niksa Gjurasic, who grew up in Dubrovnik with the Croatian cruising ground as his backyard. He was great to talk to about itineraries and I would happily put him in charge of planning a route around the islands. Two of our team members, John Boullin and Mo Pristas, were onboard for a trip with Adriatic Dragon after the Yacht Show in Split in 2024. Their main praise went to the captain.

Start with the party trick: ADRIATIC DRAGON is a 2019 Lagoon Seventy 7 where the master cabin side wall literally folds down into a private teak balcony with a swim ladder. Your bedroom becomes a sea‑level terrace. If you’re shopping “just another 77ft cat”, this is the one that opens.
Then scale it up: around 77ft of flagship Lagoon means serious volume for just 8 guests in 4 cabins (master + 2 VIP + 1 twin/convertible), all with ensuites. Wide walkaround decks, a big aft cockpit, forward cockpit plus a full flybridge give you multiple outdoor zones so the “quiet readers” and the “camera‑happy cocktail people” don’t have to negotiate territory.
Liveability is baked in, not bolted on. The saloon is a 35m² glass box with 360° views, retractable 55" TV and Bose cinema sound; there’s Starlink/Wi‑Fi, full air‑conditioning, heated towel rails in each bathroom, water purifier, wine cooler, multiple icemakers and a built‑in Miele coffee system. Translation: you can run a proper floating home, not a survival experiment.
Toys are not an afterthought. A hydraulic platform and beach‑club setup handle the 5m RIB (100hp), Seabob F5 Lumex, two sea scooters, SUPs, water skis (adult & kids), wakeboard, tubes, towables, floating mats, snorkel and fishing gear. Plus a diving compressor if you actually mean it when you say you “like to dive”.
The human operating system matters: a 4‑person professional crew led by a career captain, backed by a MasterChef‑finalist chef and experienced service team, runs the boat like a compact superyacht: daily housekeeping, serious cuisine, proper coffee, and service that matches the hardware.
