If you’re planning a Croatia gulet charter for a big group, the challenge isn’t just finding enough beds. You need space to spread out, smart layouts, strong A/C, a capable galley, and a crew who can look after 14–22 people without missing a beat.
These 5 Croatian gulets all tick those boxes. We like them because they combine:
- Plenty of cabins and deck space
- Good value per person
- Serious outdoor areas and water toys
Here’s why they work so well for larger groups.
GULET NAUTILUS
NAUTILUS works well for up to 16 guests because the layout is simple and fair: 8 equal double cabins, all en-suite, so no one is stuck with a “bad” cabin.
We recommend her primarily for the balance between rate and what you actually get. For the charter price, you’re getting a jacuzzi, plenty of sunbeds, a very social aft deck, and an interior that’s kept fresh with regular upgrades.
The big differentiator is the food. The chef focuses on tailored, local Mediterranean cuisine, and guests repeatedly comment on how good it is.
When you divide the total cost between 8–16 guests, NAUTILUS delivers one of the strongest price-to-experience ratios in this size range.
ALLURE

ALLURE is a solid choice for 14 guests who want a classic gulet look without overpaying. Seven en-suite cabins and a warm mahogany interior create that traditional sailing-yacht atmosphere, which many first-time guests love.
We recommend her because the overall quality is high for her price bracket and because she performs well under full load. The aft deck is a strong point for groups: it’s well sheltered, comfortable, and works perfectly for long dinners and social evenings.
Service is organised and friendly, and the cuisine is a real highlight; feedback from inspections and guests is consistently strong.
For groups who care about a “real gulet” feel, very good food, and sensible pricing, ALLURE is an easy recommendation.
CATALEYA
CATALEYA is one of the few gulets in Croatia that can genuinely host up to 21 guests and still feel like a private yacht. 9 cabins, including triples, give useful flexibility for big families and mixed-age groups.
We recommend her because she manages this capacity without slipping into a dark or crowded feel. The interior is brighter and more modern than most gulets of her size, which matters when 21 people are moving around inside.
Outside, the combination of two dining areas, a foredeck jacuzzi, and generous sunbathing zones lets the group split naturally into quieter and livelier areas.
A strong, professional chef with a background in Croatian gastronomy is another key plus. For very large groups, her comfort and food level at this price point are hard to beat.
CESARICA
CESARICA is built for large events and “everyone is coming” charters. At 134 ft with 11 cabins, she offers more volume than a typical gulet, which shows in her wider corridors, good headroom, and three proper deck levels.
We recommend her when clients are planning birthdays, reunions, retreats, or small weddings and need the space to match. The foredeck, with its varnished wood and jacuzzi, is particularly photogenic and works extremely well for sunset cocktails and group photos.
Multiple outdoor areas, including an upper deck with bar and seating, mean you can run parallel activities without the boat feeling crowded.
The galley is set up for higher-end, plated dining, not just family-style serving. Considering her size, finish, and 22-guest capacity, the per-person cost is very competitive.
STELLA MARIS
STELLA MARIS suits groups up to 16 who want more comfort and polish than a standard gulet. With 8 cabins and a length of over 120 ft, she offers noticeably more space per guest, both in cabins and on deck.
We recommend her because the combination of layout, finish, and crew ratio works very well when she is full. 6 queen cabins and 2 twins give good flexibility for couples and families. The interior has a classic nautical look with glossy wood and blue-and-white tones, while the main saloon includes a proper bar and a distinctive atlas-style floor.
On deck, guests get a foredeck jacuzzi and extensive sunbathing areas, including a large upper deck.
With 7 crew members, service and water-sports operations scale smoothly for 16 guests, which makes a big difference on busy, activity-heavy charters.
