Built to host a serious crowd, not just “a family of four and their feelings.” Up to 12 guests sleep in 6 suites, including a full‑deck owner’s domain with private Jacuzzi, his-and-hers bathrooms, room-sized wardrobes and an office. Social space is on a different scale: double‑height main salon with video walls, grand piano, two fireplaces, and a skylounge that flips from beach‑house bar to full nightclub.

Hardware for actual living, not brochure posing: winter‑garden deck, retractable outdoor fireplace, walkaround decks with recessed storage, cinema setup, dedicated sports / club room, and a garage that turns into a waterside gym/yoga space. The spa level is its own ecosystem: beauty salon, gym, sauna and treatment areas, all designed by multi‑award‑winning Reymond Langton.

Water is the main operating system. WHISPER runs a multi‑level swimming pool with inset Jacuzzi, deck Jacuzzi, and a closed‑loop system that recycles engine heat to warm pool and spa water. Out back: a serious toy manifest – three Yamaha WaveRunners, multiple Seabobs, paddleboards, kayaks, wakeboards, waterskis, inflatable park, towables, snorkeling and scuba kit, plus a 10m Hinckley limo tender so you don’t arrive anywhere looking “tender poor.”
