It’s hard to describe in order, but here goes: First, a massive aft lounge and Jacuzzi. Then a bar inside — bartender in action, cocktails flowing, snacks styled like fine art. The sculptural light fixture above the bar is a standout (see photos).
A surprise: they’re ready to take this thing to the F1 in Dubai.

The master cabin blows my mind. The bed is in itself a central art piece and has a huge skylight above - a perfect view to space. - with a glass wall that fully opens out to a private balcony where you honestly feel like a royal. Overlooking the jacuzzi below. How is this a boat?
Looking forward, you see clean through to the bow. Step into the control room and it’s confirmed — we are on a spaceship.
Top deck has big sun pad. Foredeck… it just keeps going. Struggling for words. Nothing is symmetrical, not even the bow. Whatever your taste, there is no disputing that “This is It” an engineering marvel!

Glass, volume, stability. THIS IS IT is a 43.5m (143ft) Tecnomar motor catamaran delivered in 2024, built to feel more like modern architecture than a typical charter yacht, with over 600 square metres of glass for constant sea views.
Wellness is baked in. There’s a proper spa setup with sauna, a treatment/massage space, plus a swimming pool and a deck jacuzzi. Not a token corner. A plan.
Water days, upgraded. You get a 2024 Technohull Alpha 50 chase boat, 2 jet skis, 2 Seabob F5S units, an e-foil, wakeboards, towables, kneeboard, SUP, and inflatable kayaks, plus a dedicated sea pool area with modular docks and sea pool net for easy on-and-off-the-water logistics.
Six cabins, 12 guests. She sleeps 12 in 6 cabins, including an expansive owner’s suite, and stabilizers at anchor help keep things calm when you are parked up.
