Captain: Emmanouil Trasanis
Emmanouil was born in 1987 in Greece. He holds a Captain Class A diploma from Merchant Marine
Academy of Hydra and started his career in 2005. Since then he has worked on passenger ships, cruise ships and in various motor and sailing yachts. Emmanouil is an experienced and active captain, knowledgeable of the Greek Seas and the Mediterranean and he will ensure your stay on board Tamarita is a wonderful experience. Always keen to share with guests his passion for the sea Emmanouil will offer a tailor made cruise never to be forgotten. He speaks English and his hobbies are swimming and exploring new places.

2nd Officer: Konstantinos Theodorou
Konstantinos was born in 1984 and holds a Captain Class C diploma. He also holds numerous certi-ficates for his position. He started his career on passenger ships carrying thousands of passengers daily. His love for the sea provides Konstantinos with the passion to research and organize all kinds of activities for the enhancement of the onboard experience. He has advanced knowledge of all water sports and he is a multi-tasking person with great team spirit and enthusiasm. Konstantinos speaks English and his hobbies are computers , gadgets and basketball.

Engineer: Efstratios Koinonis
Efstratios was born in 1987 in Greece. He holds a A’ Class Engineer Certificate and a MSc in Maritime Operation and Management from the City University of London. In the beginning of his career served on tankers and then passenger ships going on voyages all around the world. He is very hard working and always ready to lend a hand. He has a pleasant and responsible personality, and ensures that every system works and is maintained to the highest standard for the safety of all guests. Efstratios speaks fluent English and in his free time he enjoys drawing and reading.


Chief Steward: Christos Pavlou
Christos was born in 1968 in Greece. He has an extensive experience of more than 20 years in hospitality working on cruise ships and luxury yachts. He holds a Chief Steward Certificate, a certificate in Food Hygiene, a seafarer certificate and a Level 3 award in Supervising Food safety. Some of his perious yachts are M/Y North Wind II, M/Y Pegasus, M/Y Tyndareo, M/Y Athina and M/ Axioma. Christos is a very pleasant and friendly person with excellent organization and communication skills. Focused on customer and quality he will do his utmost in order to offer together with his team impeccable service to all guests onboard. He speaks fluent English and basic Spanish. In his free time he enjoys exercising, volunteering and gardening.


Able Seaman : Manolis Zarifis
Manolis was born in 1991 in Athens. He has been working on board ships and yachts the past 8 years in various deckhand positions. He is hardworking and very careful with the safety of the yacht. Manolis has a positive attitude and is always happy to help out all departments with various tasks. He speaks English.
