OTTAWA IV Yacht Description
Main plot twist: OTTAWA IV is a 39m tri-deck motor yacht (2016, refit 2023) that gives you both a sundeck Jacuzzi spa pool and a full-on inflatable waterslide + Seabob + toys arsenal. Translation: you don’t have to choose between “cocktails in the hot tub” and “launch the chaos off the top deck” – you get both.
Space built for actual humans, not brochure silhouettes. She sleeps up to 12 guests in 5 cabins, with a proper full‑beam master suite on the main deck, two VIPs and two twin cabins (one with bunks) – all with en suite bathrooms and full air‑con. Wide steel hull, big volume and a large swim platform mean you’re not fighting for a sunpad or queuing for the sea.
Why you charter OTTAWA IV instead of “just another 40m”: because here the top deck is the main event – Jacuzzi, bar, open lounging and those underwater lights turning night‑swims into a screensaver. Add two tenders, slide, paddleboards, wakeboard, water‑skis, kayak, towables and a Seabob, plus modern AV and Wi‑Fi, and you’ve basically rented a floating beach club with a hotel built in.

Price Terms
Plus Expenses - add APA to the price you see
Plus Expenses arrangement includes the boat and crew only (without tip).
All additional/variable expenses such as Gas and Food are deducted from an Advance Provisioning Allowance (APA) - an additional deposit that is added on top of the charter price.
The expenses, such as provisioning, fuel, marina fees, are deducted from the APA. The APA is based on the price of the yacht and ranges from 15% (crewed sailing yachts) to 30% (motor yachts with higher fuel consumption).
For a motor yacht like OTTAWA IV, the expected APA is 25% to 40% of the charter price (€22,500 - €36,000), making the charter cost €112,500 to €126,000. Exact amount will be confirmed after inquiry.
You can actively control these expenses in your preference sheet (local vs. imported beverages) and by choice of itinerary (distances traveled).
The remainder of the APA is returned after charter.
