Each year we see bigger, more advanced yachts arriving, with design, service, and overall standards climbing noticeably. Our team has been onboard every yacht in this list — experiencing them firsthand and gathering real insight beyond the brochure talk.
Here’s our inside look at the standout yachts shaping the Croatia superyacht charter scene in 2025 — with exclusive footage and genuine reviews from our brokers onboard.
7. MAIA
Why we love MAIA
- Exceptional crew of 11 with two full-time chefs.
- Low fuel consumption – just 70 L/h at 11 knots.
- Smart family layout with 7 cabins + an extra Pullman in the gym.
- Light, minimalist Scandinavian-style interior.
Our full review
Onboard superyacht MAIA in Split.
Brand new and launched in 2025, MAIA immediately stands out with her classic ocean-liner exterior — yet inside, she’s one of the most modern yachts we saw at the show. The interior leans Scandinavian — bright, minimalist, and calming, with light woods, soft fabrics, and striking quartz wall features that give each cabin a distinct, modern edge.
But her great looks are not everything, MAIA is just as strong on amenities for wellness and entertainment, including a gym and sauna, a big padded sundeck for yoga sessions and sunbathing, an open-air jacuzzi, and a dedicated cinema room on the bridge deck.
Captain Philip has over 200 charters behind him, and it shows in how smoothly the operation runs. His crew of 11, including two full-time chefs, maintains a very high standard onboard. MAIA is also impressively efficient, burning just 70 liters per hour at 11 knots, keeping the APA around 25%, well below average for her size (usually 35%).
The cabin layout is incredibly flexible, with a whole 7 cabins, including a master, 2 VIPs, and 3 convertibles, + an extra Pullman bed in the gym, ideal for staff or a nanny. This kind of versatility enables us to recommend MAIA to almost any client group.
Last but not least, off the hydraulic beach deck, MAIA’s floating platform expands into a full water playground. The setup includes SeaBobs, jet skis, paddleboards, and an inflatable dock with a floating, shaded lounge and trampoline section.
6. SEAGULL II
Why we love SEAGULL II
- Authentic 1950s Croatian build – the last of her kind.
- Hand-carved interiors and vintage brass details with real soul.
- Enormous two-level master suite – pure old-world luxury.
- True classic yacht feel, immaculately kept and full of stories.
Our full review
Onboard luxury motor yacht SEAGULL II in Split.
Originally built as a ferry in 1952 in Croatia, SEAGULL II is the last remaining vessel from a line of 6 — a true piece of maritime history. With her long, narrow lines reminiscent of an old ocean liner, SEAGULL II stands out immediately. Step onboard and you’re surrounded by hand-carved Croatian wood, old brass fittings, and a rich Italian-style interior that feels timeless.
SEAGULL II is full of character, with so much intricate detail that you notice something new everywhere you look. The dining room alone feels royal. The master cabin is exceptional — 85 square meters over two levels, featuring two queen beds in separate rooms, a large ensuite, and Egyptian cotton linens throughout. Easily one of the most impressive classic yacht master suites in the Mediterranean.
SEAGULL II cruises across the Med, based in Malta for the winter, and often seen in Greece, Italy, the South of France, and Montenegro. Most guests return year after year, which says plenty. A true classic, beautifully maintained, and one of the most characterful yachts still cruising today.
5. REPOSADO
Why we love REPOSADO
- Immaculate design with unmatched attention to detail.
- Massive sundeck with jacuzzi, bar, and pizza oven.
- Motor yacht comfort and speed in a sailing yacht body.
Our full review
We have been onboard luxury motorsailer REPOSADO twice now, and both times we have been very impressed.
What stood out immediately was her design. Everything matches — from the fabrics to the lighting to the color tones — even the napkins in the saloon tie in with the pillows on the sundeck. Every detail feels thought through and deliberate.
Built in Croatia by Tramontana Yachts, REPOSADO represents something bigger — the country’s first true luxury yacht brand. Designed and built locally in Krilo Jesenice, she carries the craftsmanship and heritage of the Ivanisević family, who’ve been connected to shipbuilding for generations. Why does this matter? Because this means true passion and pride, not just business. The result is a yacht that easily stands among the best in her class.
The yacht itself is full of great ideas: Â The sundeck is huge, centered around a marble-edged jacuzzi with space for drinks, and a full outdoor kitchen setup with barbecue, bar, and even a pizza oven. Down by the water, a fold-down balcony makes the perfect private spot for coffee at sunrise or cocktails at sunset.
Inside, the cabins are spacious, modern, bright, and beautifully detailed. The master is a masterpiece with wavy mirrors, a lounge corner, a makeup studio, and a proper walk-in closet.
Although she’s a motorsailer, REPOSADO feels every bit like a motor yacht — big volume, beach deck, garage full of toys, and a solid 11-knot cruising speed.
4. CARMEN
Why we love CARMEN
- Strong steel hull with classic explorer lines and high-end modern interior.
- Flybridge with jacuzzi, bar, dining, and pop-up cinema.
- Efficient cruising and long-range itineraries from Venice to Greece.
- Our brokers, Martina & Daniel Asmus, have done 3 days onboard.
Our full review
Onboard superyacht CARMEN in Split.
Brand-new 2025-built explorer-style yacht with classic ship portholes and a tough steel hull – one of the strongest in her class. Still, she runs efficiently at under 200 liters per hour at 12 knots, which is impressive for her size.
The interior is modern and minimalist, spotless and well-finished – everything feels deliberate and high quality. The flybridge is a real highlight: in-deck jacuzzi forward, dining area, bar, small galley, and a pop-up TV for outdoor movie nights. Smart use of space, very adaptable.
CARMEN will cruise from Venice to Greece in 2026, offering a great range for guests who like to explore. Worth noting – CARMEN throws a proper cocktail party: DJ, live sax, open bar, and a great atmosphere on the aft deck.
Our brokers, Martina and Daniel Asmus, spent time onboard in October 2025 – reach out to them for first-hand insight and details.
3. DAWO
Why we love DAWO
- Deep 1.7 m jacuzzi on the foredeck + proper beach deck at the stern.
- Seafood-driven chef with fresh daily catch from onboard fisherman.
- Very experienced and proven crew with over a decade of experience
Our full review
Onboard superyacht DAWO in Split — we also visited her in Sanremo earlier this summer, and she impressed us both times. She’s a brand-new, high-spec yacht built for guests who like things done properly: crisp white interiors, elegant lines, and a polished, uplifting atmosphere throughout.
The setup works perfectly for families. The twin cabin has a Pullman for kids, and every cabin has generous showers and proper storage. The crew is seasoned — most with over a decade of experience — and it shows in how well they run the boat. The chef is one to remember: a seafood specialist (and an a cappella singer) who works closely with the yacht’s fisherman to serve fresh catch straight from the Adriatic. Next season, expect a new barbecue and smoker setup on the beach deck to take that even further.
The flybridge is a highlight — bar, lazy Susan dining, and a Technogym for early risers — while the bow area genuinely stands out, with a deep 1.7 m jacuzzi and a big sunbathing platform. Add a sommelier chief stewardess, and a solid toy box including a jet ski, and lots of towables and floats for kids, and DAWO delivers a top-tier charter experience with real polish and personality.
2. HAPPY ME
Why we love HAPPY ME
- One of the most talked-about yachts at the show last year.
- Extravagant oriental-inspired interior with hand-embroidered silk artworks.
- Full arcade setup on the bridge deck: pool, foosball, and Star Wars pinball.
- Massive top deck with bar and dining for sunset views.
- Spa room, with massage table and standout master suite with walk-in closet.
Our full review
Superyacht HAPPY ME turned heads as one of the most talked-about yachts at last year’s show — and for good reason.
From the moment we stepped onboard, we were hit with pure extravagance. The oriental-inspired interior is unlike anything else we’ve seen, with massive Vietnamese silk embroideries (one took ten women over a year to make), bold leopard-print details, and a striking marble floor that ties it all together.
We loved how much fun this yacht brings. The aft deck is basically a small arcade with pool and foosball tables, a Star Wars pinball machine, and a glowing purple bar that feels more like a private club than a yacht. Upstairs, the top deck is where you want to be at sunset — a huge open space with a bar and dining setup overlooking the bow.
Even the cabins are standout. The master suite feels indulgent, with a koi mural, a walk-in closet, and a fully dedicated spa room close by. HAPPY ME isn’t subtle — she’s bold, unique, and made to impress.
1. RENATA
Why we love RENATA
-
Show-winning new build, flawless finish.
-
Master suite with private terrace + jacuzzi.
-
Full beach club: bar, sauna, cinema, yoga.
-
Massive sundeck with jacuzzi + BBQ.
Our full review
Onboard superyacht RENATA in Split. This brand new motor yacht was voted our team’s favorite superyacht at the Split yacht show this year. Why?
First of all, she looks immaculate – her interior is clean, modern, high-end, and spotless. The main saloon is an artwork in itself, with a marble bartop and dining table that is backlit—you can turn the lights on or off depending on the mood. It is a very cool feature.
All the cabins are very spacious, and the twin cabin can be converted into one large 240 cm-wide king.
The master is a class for itself, located on the bridge deck with access to a private bow terrace with a jacuzzi and coffee corner.
Stepping up on the sundeck, you suddenly realize how tall she is. Here you have a big spa jacuzzi, a bar, a barbecue, and prime views over the sea around you.
RENATA also wins best beach club at the show – going all out with bar, beach deck, sauna, yoga studio, and movable cinema.
She is high-end he whole way through. You have to be quick if you want her!
